This is supposed to be a challenge to the political leaders of Lagos. They need to have a long term plan to reorganize Lagos starting from road transportation infrastructure such that in the next 10 years Lagos can compete with Tokyo not only in terms of population but other important indices. But when I came in here, the salary of Permanent Secretaries is under N500,000 per month; in such an environment where you have contractors coming with big temptations. The expectation is just too great and high. But the good news is, we will find a solution to this. It’s going to business unusual in Oyo State.” How much salary will now be enough for them not to steal or engage in corruption. M10 million per month ![]() |
Good. They should impound and also arrest their customers riding those bikes operated by those illiterates from Chad and Niger Republic. Only registered and regulated bike operators should be allowed to operate in Lagos. Good riddance to their bad rubbish! |
Most Nigeria's mechanics are 'Kazeems" I observed they all use Mobil XHP for all cars and the educated illiterate customers driving latest cars will watch them as they pour wrong oil grade into their car engines. That's why Nigerian used cars engines are nothing to write home about after one or two years of use. I prefer servicing my car at organised service centres and even at that I watch and direct them as they work on the car. |
Orubebe: I will not take this!

Hmmm... Our president looks excited this time around. |
Search his house for KREST evidence or what ![]() You can never tell however. |
And they are not being arrested here down South |
I commend the political will of minister Amaechi at getting the railway project done. President Buhari did well be returning Amaechi to the post despite campaign of calumny by people like Reno Omokri and his disgruntled supporters to cause disaffection between him and his boss, PMB. |

The report's not well researched. |
Very very read worthy story. If he is for you, you guys will reconnect some day. |

What an unserious bank committing fallacy of hasty generalization. You want to punish 180 million people because of sin of just 80. If they all go ahead punishing millions innocent Nigerians, that's tantamount to crime against humanity. Thank God the culprits have been arrested and being charged. We pray for more clampdowns on the criminals and not on hardworking innocent good people of Nigeria. cc: PONTUS, embassies in Nigeria, etc. |
akinbode1:Help them to succeed in implementation of good programs and policies and not to succeed in enriching their pockets the more. |

Lexusgs430:Hmmm... Not everybody has the brain to read and pass exams. There would have been something(s) he would be very good at if/he was discovered. He shouldn't have killed himself over one worthless TASDU certificate. |
When President Muhammadu Buhari inaugurates his cabinet on Wednesday, a group of people will stand out. They are the Alumni of the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in Kaduna State. What is prestigious about ABU other than mediocre graduates turned thieving politicians. You hardly find their names on any international honours list. Local champion people. |
I hereby move a motion that same treatment should apply to all Nigerian politicians seen anywhere in the world. They stay back home and fix Nigeria. They will fix our hospitals and schools if they cant go to visit their kids any more Adopte! But no violence please. |
We hardly see Northerners shining in things like this even with their self acclaimed over population. |
Almost three months after your own inauguration |
Kilba is located where? |

CBN should not be entirely left alone because the president receives all the blames of economic misfortune. Moreover, the directive is a welcome development and should be extended to pilgrimage, medical and education trips abroad by all political holders and their families. |
Fear these Muslim fanatics. They are: never say die! I wonder what effect the security guys going with him will have in another man's land. All the best to him and Nigeria as a country |
Not bad at all |
Doubtful! |
