Joe Jackson turned his sons into money making machines. All in all, we don't know if any human could have handled such a fame, such an abuse from a father and such unnecessary controversy (Someone suffering from vitiligo but his people hated him because they thought he bleached his skin) such a talent than Michael.

We all process trauma differently, that his brothers are able to bear it doesn't mean Michael was, na why some people require therapy for something they experience and someone else will experience same thing and just shrug it off, we all have different emotional strength.

What i noticed about his father is different though, yes he was a hardworking, ambitious, doting father, but he's the central figure in Michael's demise, most of the insecurities Micheal has stems from him, first he made him alter his nose/appearance so many times by bullying the way he looks (big nose as he calls him often) this is why Micheal is obsessed with having a pointed nose, he never lets him be a child or have a childhood, hence his obsession with children and playtime this is why he built Neverland ranch and got so close to children leading to his child molestation accusations, he forces Michael to do things and made sure he doesn't make decisions on his own as an adult, which is why he lost his strong will and ability to say no to people, he did the Pepsi commercial that burnt his hair and made him a junkie because he couldn't say no to joseph his father, and without that burn he wouldn't be addicted to pain meds and he'd still be alive, he had no friends growing up so he surrounded himself with animals and toys, and this followed him to adulthood making him an extremely shy and misunderstood person who often craves connection, most of the things that went wrong in his life is because of his controlling and abusive father, the only thing wrong with the movie is the fact that they didn't exploit his love life, i grew up thinking he's attracted to men, this was because of several rumors, I didn't know he had kids and liked girls, alot of people thought so too, the movie should've cleared that, and the story of how he passed.

And your statistics is based on what? The parents deliver the kid they don't tell the pastor what to indoctrinate, its like taking your child to daycare and the matron is a religious person telling the kids about jesus, so children shouldn't goto school because someone is religious out there and might indoctrinate whatever, I don't see how its their fault, thier children must go to school, they came to be educated not to become religious, the parents own the child but they have no control over whats being indoctrinated simple.

Parents don't indoctrinate religion as much as pastors, unlike parents, religion is a business for pastors and other religious leaders, thier earnings depends on it especially when the followers are following blindly like sheep, parents won't always put effort in making sure you believe in something, some parents are even neutral, but every religious leader wants you to believe in them and thier belief by all means, because thier income depends on it, na why church plenty pass schools and hospitals in Nigeria, its a business.
