I got this mail today today from VFS.
But I'm currently out of town and nobody to collect on my behalf, don't know what to do.
Any advise please.

Just note that you are paying the 50% of ur tuition fee as tuition deposit first before leaving. That's the downside. So if you have the money, you can go for it

Was the reference letter from a business with CAC registration?

I don't how to get a reference letter. My current employer just registered last December. I started working there from March this year, from part-time to a full-time position.

What do you advice? Currently uploading documents for a student Visa.

Graduated 2020
Nysc 2023-2024.

The change must not exceed 5yrs
Go to any NIN office in your area, you will have to pay 15k
-Go with the old NIN slip
-Go with two valid documents that have the D.O.B u want to change (Original waec result, birth cert, age declaration, voters card)
-u will be given a form to fill out and an application letter (which can be gotten from cybercafes outside their office)
-then u will be recaptured

*Codedly ask an agent there about fast-tracking (out within 10-14days)

D.O.B can take up to 2 to 4months or more.
name change/ correction, address change comes out in a week

Where are u located? Please start now cos it takes up to 2 to 3 months b4 the changes are made.

owerri is not using enhanced e passport, you should not need NIN to apply there however I dnt know if it is DIY friendly.
Official cost for adult passport in Owerri is 17500

But I went there today and the official I met requested for it.
