Rent a land good for farming.

Get trustworthy farm manager that will get trusted labourers too. Liase with LGA for Farm Machines like Tractor and pay for clearing. Get cassava stalks and do the needful. If you can, plant yams as well. Harvest and take to Cassava processing plants, local ones or mechanical ones(farm manager should help with info)

The amount you spend on this farm project from acquiring to harvesting to end product is not 1/4 of what you'll spend if you keep buying these two, garri and yams, in a year.

Finidi that went through Ajax system is the last person i was expecting to be saying that. Infact any of the golden generation of the 90s, if they say that, then they should be checked for instability upstairs. The other two, I don't expect any less. These guys are getting worse and repping in terrible ways for even those that don't have such school of thought.

Formation is crap yet they'll do 4 defenders at the back in all their games. Why not kukuma do 2 defenders and play 235 or 226?


Another thing that pisses me off about Nigerian coaches is how they speak at post match press conferences. It Is archaic and shows low level of intelligence most of the time. Someone pls get them a PR expert so they can at least be chased after outside the boundaries of Nigeria.

Just for this metric that is the common Arteta-esque thing among Arsenal forwards, this may be our guy.

If he is a threat aerially and a wrecking ball in 1v1 and shots, then I'm on.

1. ARSENAL 2-2 FULHAM

Early mistake from Saka leading to Fulham goal. We come back 2-1, but Fulham with ten men equalise in 87th minute. (International break - Partey injured)

2 . ARSENAL 2-2 TOTTENHAM

Arsenal take the lead with Romero's own goal and Son equalises before HT. Rice injured & off in half time. We take the lead in the 54th minute but with Jorginho's mistake immediately after Spurs equalise.

3. CHELSEA 2-2 ARSENAL

Chelsea went up 2-0 with Palmer penalty of Saliba handball and Mudryk's fluke goal. Arsenal comeback with Rice's long range shot & Trossard's equaliser in the 84th minute. (Gabriel Jesus injured after the CL game)

4. NEWCASTLE 1-0 ARSENAL

Poor game for Eddie & Saka with a lot of physicality when just Havertz stood up equally. Bruno Guimares escaped the Red card, ball out of play and VAR gave a shocking decision in favour of Newcastle for the goal.

5. ASTON VILLA 1-0 ARSENAL

McGinn scored an early goal in the 7th minute. Poor game for attackers Jesus & Martinelli. In the end Havertz equaliser is ruled out due to handball.

6. LIVERPOOL 1-1 ARSENAL

Gabriel scored in the 4th minute and Salah equalised in the 29th minute. After that it was good defending by Arsenal that kept them in the game with Saliba with a POTM display. It was a start of our poor run with attackers not scoring.

7 . ARSENAL 0-2 WEST HAM

The attackers were not firing for Arsenal, it didn't look like a goal coming from anywhere. West Ham scored a goal early and defended well and in the end Mavropanos scored the second for them.

8. FULHAM 2-1 ARSENAL

Arsenal in a difficult period for Arsenal managed to score early through Saka in the 5th min. After that it was probably our worst game not able to complete any passes. Fulham came back with 2 goals & took 5 points off us. That was last time Eddie started.

9. MANCHESTER CITY 0-0 ARSENAL

Huge game in the context of the season for both teams can't afford to lose. Arsenal had surprising tactics but it worked well in the end one point was better than City getting 3. Saliba with another POTM display.

10. ARSENAL 0-2 ASTON VILLA

Probably the turning point in the title challenge where we gave away the lead to City. This game was in the middle of our CL fixtures against Bayern. The experiment with Havertz back in midfield & MAYBE not starting Partey cost us.

If not for the fact that there’s bias for players whose team win the EPL, Saliba is supposed to be EPL player of the season .

Saliba partnership with Gabriel conceded the least goal in the league ( 29) . He was always there to make that crucial last ditch tackle .

Saliba played 38 games and he only conceded 29 goals ; he’s just just 23 !

I may be wrong , but I don’t think even the greatest defenders in the EPL posted these numbers at this age or at their peak .

Vieira can't give what Odegaard gives so there will always be a drop in quality. Ode is a leader and a pressing machine...two qualities Vieira doesn't possess. However, I still want him to get some minutes rest either towards the end of a match or against lower teams. I think Saka will be able to get his rest if that Rashford transfer later materialise.

One just need anticipate what that drop will do to total game.

I agree. Also, let me add that Arteta must manage his minutes next season. He needs to be rested/sub out in some games. This is where I really wish Vieira steps in. I would have mentioned Nwaneri whom Ode himself has been mentoring for some time now but I don't want to be too forward.

That Vieira sub thing get as e be. Drop in quality once he's on in place of Ode is felt instantly. I dunno if more faith will be invested in him sha. Cos nothing is stopping him from getting minutes. He's fit. Fabio has his strengths he brings to the game no doubt. Just that, as you said, Arteta need to manage the minutes.

No player needs to be doing 90 back to back to back except the defenders in Saliba mould. Rest will be very superb on Odegaard too. But nobody needs to start skipping games like Saka(when replacement dey)

One of the things that make me believe he can are

Firstly, that Real Madrid mentality he has. It's class

Secondly, he and Arteta are magnets in virtually every interpretation of what needs be done. Even in the top 6, i can say only 3 clubs have such kind of player in their team.

Thirdly, things are looking chaotic for rivals in coaching and team chemistry lately. If Pep leaves, unless Owners push self destruct button, this Arteta team is bound to dominate. We are bantered for building but those bantering can't even start their own new foundation laying. Hilarious and shows we should not expect miracles from them anytime soon.

This should make do.

The reason we can't play a true no 9 is because of Odegaard.

Let me explain.

Odegaard has gotten too used to drifting to the right of midfield in his pairing with Saka and White that he does not seem to understand how to play as a central AM (may be it's just tactics). He is more like a RAM.

This means the team will have to adjust to add more bodies in the LAM position and that would mean to sacrifice another position.

Sometimes the LFB have to invert so that the LCM can push forward into the LAM. This was done last two seasons with Xhaka. Sometimes the double pivot will reduce to single pivot. Sometimes the no 9 will have to drop deep so we have no striker. This was how Havertz became important.

So how do we adjust to accomodate a true striker?

1. We need a DM who can cover the entire midfield and protect the defense on his own.
2. Or we need Odegaard to be able to play centrally. And create chances across the entire final third and not just on the right.
3. We look for ways to invert without affecting the shape of the midfield. Man City had similar issues when they signed Haaland, so what Pep did was to ask one of the CBs to move up into midfield. This made their transition very easy. We should adopt this approach.

Which ever the case, creating overloads to dominate the opponent will be key. That means we will have to adjust our playing style entirely. The issue will then be whether our players have the skillset to adjust.

I support getting a true striker as this will add variety to our approach especially playing against low block teams. The kind of teams that beat us last season.

It's more of tactics. Odegaard can move anyhow in that 35yrd zone. Many Arsenal fans also never believe he can dictate from deep until he did it and repeatedly. The fact remains that this odegaard we dey see so, he's not functioning the way he ought to. I knew what i was saying when i said he's a 30-40 G/A per season player. Effortlessly. He, and Saka most especially, need that 9 so badly because, like I've always opined, we will now realize that this team is setup to flourish with a dangerous 9 upfront. I pray this next season is the one. I'm just so happy we have a captain with such consistent, faith, work ethics and technicality. He's a blessing.

These transfers all raised an eyebrow but today, he has been vindicated. So if Arteta wants Rashford, I would believe he knows the player's weaknesses and he is willing to reshape him.

one funny thing about the Arteta rebuild is the Hale End guys that never envisaged benefiting are the ones that will las las. Almost a dozen has left after playing at least 7games in senior team. Looks like ESR is going due to his contract situation. If he leaves, i doubt Nelson will stay too. That will bring the Hale boys departure to 14 i think.
