Roland17: For those wondering, we are being outplayed by Brentford. They came prepared for Artetamatics. Pinnock doing the job none of us can do to another team's key player. ESR. Balogun would have gotten some respite of he had a Maddison behind him. Brentford are stubborn. I suspect Saka will make a difference. |

I won't blame or mock Luiz for his statement. Lack of ambition was a package that began at the tail end of Wengerball years. Emery almost instantly changed that given his record. Fear Factor isn't at Emirates again. Its gone!! Its just flow of mediocrity. To get a player 108hrs after initiating discussions na wahala. E go drag till 36days reach.
For each 24hrs per day, one wonders what is being discussed per hour that makes this Maddison deal to keep seeing another 24hrs without a conclusion. When its not Game of Thrones!!! |

TheSuperNerd: Our bredas have released their provisional squad for next month's WCQs.
We await Rohr and the NFF. Is it that they trust their league talents so much or they gat this delusion that barely fails? I admire the mix up. Even a benchwarmer in Chelsea made this team. Confidence or Delusion? Rohr own go sweet pass this one. But, but, if he can't utilize them, he and Arteta gat something in common. We hope not. |

TheSuperNerd: Kelechi Nwakali has been assigned the #8 shirt ahead of the Kickoff of the 21/22 La Liga Smartbank season today.
Nwakali and Huesca play at home today vs Eibar.
Hopefully Nwakali builds on his strong La Liga smartbank showings at Alcorcón from last season.
Also today, James Igbekeme and Real Zaragoza Kick off their La Liga Smartbank campaign at home vs UD Ibiza.
Reminder of some Nwakali stats at Alcorcón in 20/21 La Liga Smartbank:
1st graphic: K.Nwakali's new number at Huesca for the 21/22 season.
2nd graphic: Nwakali finished 2nd overall for tackles per game in the team - Alcorcón (1.6 tackles per game)
3rd graphic: Nwakali finished 5th Overall for Interceptions per game in the team - Alcorcón (1.4 interceptions per game)
Final graphic: Nwakali finished 1st overall for Passing accuracy in the team - Alcorcón (35.6 accurate passes per game - 81%).
Note: His passing stats breakdown show this -
Accurate passes in own half: 17.8 per game (90%)
Accurate passes in opposition half: 18.4 per game (69%). best passer in that team. And not also far in the tackling section... I'm loving this. |

The oldies of FlexEnd Junction would rapturously applaud mediocrity and Foolishness and hail his prowess for knowing the job. Then after 5th game we all start complaining, hoping it will get better if one particular player he's benching is allowed to play. Then the player plays and no difference. Then we blame the tactics..... Another part want 4-0. |

Pic 2... Valid, even tho I'll prefer a Good winger over a striker
Pic 3... No words... Just hope we don't reach dat level
Pix 4.. We just need to get quality all around the field. Longevity will naturally come if there's quality. I'll still pic the younger striker. Let GM play the wings. I learnt one club came for Holding..... Well said for pic 4. Only that gradually, even if quality isn't absolute, the gel will cover lots of flaws. |

This club needs a moment of 3yrs to forget the past glory.
Pic 2: we need these two so we won't do pic 3
Pic 4:We may not need the most expensive, but we need a team that rakes up such numbers TOGETHER. TEAM gel is key!!!
Just look at these numbers?? Injury inclusive, 5years is needed!

ndidibabe: Why did Arsenal sack Emery? The guy is good... Arrears of frustration from Wengerball days fell onto Emery, thus the impatience and overbearing chants and attitude. A critical look will see he was managing with available resources for a team that just changed long term managers like the Man Utd own too. But sack.... And another might just be around the corner. Who will replace? Popular name? Stale tactician? A nobody? A shoo in? A Wengerball Addict? Never can tell. Impatience is justified at Least more than half. |

BlueRayDick: I hope going into the season the fans will allow Saka concentrate on playing football and do away with the banners and posters with his name on it talking about racism. I feel it might be distracting for him to have his name on posters every matchday. Well, knowing how racism is devastating, if this fuels him to focus on doing him best, i don't mind. The abuses literally overtook all the ones Rash was getting in the last three years combined, all in one night. But for checkmating, i believe Arteta is there!! |

Roland17: Let me add that if the officiating today is what we should expect this coming season, then we may be in for a long season with the officials. The referee swallowed his whistle and allowed both teams to physically slug it out. The match did not have too many stoppages as a result of fouls which is good if you ask me and if it is balanced on both sides. I care less about such in a preseason though. What i care about is the final third threat which was abysmal. White did okay though. |

TheSuperNerd: Almost (if not all) every natural AM that comes into Europe from Africa are converted to Wingers or Central midfield/Defensive midfield players.
I have extensively spoken on this hundreds upon hundreds of pages ago. Mikel Obi is an example. Lately we have Ziyech, Iwobi etc... all converted into Wingers or sometimes will play as wingbacks.
But hopefully, the likes of Michael Olise comes through for us and with Amoo's development staying on course, I trust his inside right position (RW role) won't see him lose his natural AM touch. Shouldn't this be taken up and spoken against? Over 2decades of this coverting practice. Expectant on Olise very much! |
