I drive a 2008 Honda Accord and I've been seeing a check fuel cap notice on the dashboard for months now. It comes on anytime and I don't know what to do to solve this. Has anyone had the same problem and what did they do to solve it?

If your fuel cap is in good condition, then it is likely your evap canister vent valve is not sealing properly.
Google and YouTube should help you with this.

Just remove the valve (it's plastic) , clean it with a dry cloth, check the seals, and reinstall. You may need to blow some air through the valve in both directions to push out any dust or cobweb.
NOTE -- Do not spray any liquid in there. You don't need such.

(This was the fix for mine about 2 or 3 years ago. It has never reocurred since then).

I just got the same invite with exact same seating code as yours 44312547. That's strange for interviews that are one month apart.

Also, most names written are single names; no surname, no initials. That's not professional.

Thirdly, I was advised to contact "the secretary" if I had any questions and contact number given was 08162704208 with name as Dr. Miracle.
However, truecaller app detects the number as Opeyemi Joko Bisi.

So....... people, please endeavor to give feedback on your experience. Please.

I have a 2009 honda accord. The car stalls at will , if I stop and try to move immediately it never picks fast. Also if I am accelerating the car hiccups. To climb into my compound I have to accelerate down. The gear is not blinking.
I did a scan it just gave me a p0301,p0302, p0303,p0304.
Changed the plugs and coils and serviced the nozzles but still same.
Please what next can be the fault.

Good morning all, I drive a 2004 Honda Accord four plug, I have tried all I could to clear P0443 code to no avail, I have also changed the EVAP canister completely, but the code still keeps coming up, please what do I do.

If that's the only fault code you are having, then I think changing the EVAP canister was a wrong move.

P0443: Purge Solenoid circuit malfunction.

The purge solenoid valve is in your engine bay.
Left rear side of the engine. (4-cyl)
Check that there is no damage to the wires and harness is properly plugged in.
If ok, then the valve itself may need replacement. Its functioning needs to be tested.

Scanned my cars and got three codes early June. I decided to tackle them as my power reach. Bought a knock sensor and Oxygen sensor from our own luvinghubby. That man delivers mehn. The two error codes P0325 and P0135 has cleared. It is remaining the P2184 error code. How do I go about clearing that stuff brothers. I want to remove that check engine light on my instrument cluster.

Is your radiator fan always on? Or does it come on when hot and go off later?

Locate the coolant sensor on the radiator. Is the wire connected? Has it been worked on before?

Trace the wire as far back as you can and see if there is any damage to its tubing/conduit hose.

Lastly, you may need to replace the coolant sensor also, but check the above listed things first.

Vehicle Make: Mitsubishi
Model: Space Wagon / Space Star / Carisma (1998-2003)
Trouble Symptoms: Misfiring, Loss of power, Damaged/burnt coils, No start.
Cause: Most common failure is getting burnt coils. No start may be due to water flooding or bridged wires in the car.
Resolution: If it has been determined by a competent auto tech that the ECU (brainbox) is faulty, the options available are:
1. Change engine, brainbox, and modify wiring (re-wire): this is the most expensive solution and seems to be the most common option given to the car owners by auto techs.

2. Change brainbox, immo box, and key: this is a cheaper option recommended also. The ECU, immo box and key set for you model may not be readily available but patience and diligent search has paid of for some.

3. Buy a replacement brainbox with same part number and match ECU to car: this was shied away from because the immobilizers of these cars could not be synced with a used ECU from another car. Syncing of these model years is actually possible.

4. Repair the defective brainbox: within the brainbox, there are transistor drivers for the coils. These drivers get shorted when the coil goes bad for any reason. Once shorted, replacement of the initially bad coil is of no use as the faulty drivers will burn/damage the new coils. A competent electronics tech with some auto wiring knowledge can identify and replace these drivers in the brainbox. After the driver replacement, simply plug in your brainbox and enjoy...no immo syncing is required for this option.

NOTE: For options 2-4 above, ensure the defective coils are replaced with good ones, else, they will damage the repaired or replacement brainbox.

It’s not normal. When you start the engine it should idle as high as 1.5k-1.8k rpm and gradually drop to between 750-800rpm when the vehicle is warmed up.

Yeah, true but warming up doesn't take 30-40 mins. It takes about 5 to 10 mins depending on ambient temp.

When you put your ac on it should dip to like 650-700rpm and immediately climb back up to the initial 750-800rpm and hold steady. Same with when you put the gear in D with your foot on the brakes.

Yeah, correct. AC doesn't keep the RPM low. (My bad. I guess I was dozing off when I typed that above).
However, NO, RPM stays at 650-700 when gear is in D and brake is depressed. At least, in my case.
