This is the reason i will continue to love and respect white people, look at what only one white guy did to the whole world, they got the whole world thinking and believing that there is someone called God and Jesus

One word: Tourism. People troop in to see the statue from all over the word, and these people spend millions of dollars yearly in the process of buying food, staying in hotels, transport, etc. Not to talk if the aspect of exposure to other peoples cultures and ideas, which is a fast track to economic and infrastructural development.
