Eithers ways you know what's is right

I picked these 2 girls at Cadogan Estate on Sunday. The trip was ordered for them by the person they came visiting. I guess the man left them in his apartment before stepping out. Na so dem pack his drinks o. About 4 bottles of wine. The trip was on card. Na so they wan go everywhere. Las las we had about 4 stops before the final destination.

I was with another trip to Ikeja when I sighted the drinks in the car. Sharp guy that I be, I called the man immediately instead of them. The man was livid. He asked how many bottles and pleaded that I should call him whenever I'm around the place.
Hours later one of the ladies called me. I let her know I already called the man. She pleaded with me too to call her anytime I'm around her place instead of the man.

She has called me twice after then. I told her to make an arrangement for delivery as I work only on the mainland. But she appears reluctant.

What do you guys think?

Rating is not fixed on bolt. Your years with them too matter. You can be 5.0 today and the next few hrs, 4.7.Riders dont understand the magnitude of rating carelessly. Reason someone with just 3 days, will drop that bad. I have been with Bolt for about 2 years now with different experiences of rating. At some pont, I got banned for 5 months all cos of low rating. I eventually bounced back and even got 5.0 again. Few days ago, I was on 4.95.as I type now, I'm on 4.83.any rating below 5 stars from riders usually drop driver's rating.

Annoying part is that most riders don't rate. Some of them only rate when they have something against you. It is really bad since the stars accumulate before your final rating is determined. Bolt really needs to sensitise riders on this. Unfortunately, they don't bloody care.

A lady once gave me a 1 star cus I didn't chat with her all through the ride, even though she was singing to the music I was playing. This rating can be tricky. Now, I'm friendly asf, did it till it became a part of me. If na guy, I call them Chief when I call them to know their location. I say thanks when I get paid and wish them a good day when they get the Bleep out my car. My AC is mortuary standard that I only use step 1 to cool my car and I always play recent tracks for them crazy girls and guys. My rating is 4.93 btw. Learn from all I said and watch ur rating improve. Godspeed!!

On a more serious note though, I think what usually causes it is, the woman is most times overwhelmed with the wifely duties at the homefront. in the process she's expended therefore sex will be the last thing on her mind as the passion for it will have died from exaustion from doing chores. If you observed, it usually happens after the kids have started coming and the workload has increased.

If the man can make arrangements for a house help ( not necessarily a live-in help) to assist with the chores, the woman will be more relaxed to reason sex as it's only a relaxed mind that can get a woman in the mood .

The work get as e be for now. After 3 hrs of waiting at Alausa, a request just popped in from CMD. Rider going to Ikeja. Less than 1k.i jejeky told baba to forget it. Went offline. Waiting till 10pm to take back my offline rider to Island.

On the island? Try not to take trips to the mainland. 3rd mainland bridge is blocked. Serious traffic. On the mainland, abeg stay there.

But a driver on HP will weigh all these. Cos it's his car indirectly. So why damage it or increase maintenance cost ?

On completing my registration, I was told my account was a duplicate account thereby making it fraudulent and based on their policy they won't active me. After numerous mails trying to convince them that it wasnt a duplicate nothing changed.

That in my opinion is what bolt tracks and uses to block drivers.

I have a bolt rider account that I use to run some bonus packages and you can imagine my surprise when one day they handed me a 24 hour ban for too many cancellations. The thing shock me. And I was like, bolt get mind o

Sincerely, I don't know what measure they will use in doing that. Bolt riders cancel with impunity. Why will drivers be the ones to take the blame for that? Imagine driving to a PU waiting for 30mins and rider decides to cancel. When you get long distance pick up, immediately you tell rider where you re, they dorp phones and cancel. Blaming drivers for that will amount to stupidity on the part of the app mgt.
As far as I know, I have seen ocassions that my rider cancellation was above 90%. I only got message from them to watch it. The day they decide to block me for hashing high cancellation on the part of rider, I will not hesitate to to school them. I don't think it is just the rider cancelling that brings block. Other things must have been considered.

Always make sure riders are the ones that cancel not you. In rare situations, make sure your rider did not show does not go beyond 20 percent. Rider are fond of cancellation cos no penalty per se for them. The best you can do is to balance the equation. See mine below:

Update on my car with p0500 code. After replacing the VSS, no change I returned the former one. I tied my Abs sensor loosed wire. And kept using the car like that for the rest of Dec. I also changed one shaft head that was bad to the Abs type. I was on a trip last week and discovered that my steering was back to normal. Speedometer working, fuel gauge doing well. In short, everything back to normal. I scanned again and cleared the p0500 code. It never retunred since then. The Abs light too disappeared for some hours. But came back later.
Till, now, no issue again. Car drives smoothly. Thanks to those who offered to help. Gazzuzz, remember we spoke on the phone. I didn't bother calling you as you told me cos of the festive season. Thanks too bro.

How I wish others would understand your point! But, nevertheless, let whoever wants to go hybrid go. When the battery wahala starts or wiring issue, keep it to yourself.

The issue of mechanic came up with hybrid cars.Somone wanted to get my opinion on hybrid cars especially prius. I stated basically not in nice way coz am not here to please anyone , that it is not a good idea coz Nigerian mechanics are not skilled enough to work on them , and even if they are skill enough they are not too many of them to handle ..

It will not make sense for you to drive down from Ogun state to Lagos to look for an Hybrid mechanic.. That is not counterproductive at all .. There is a lot of cars petrol cars like Acura Mdx ,Ford cars, Volvo and some Japanese cars that local mechanics are still struggling to learn and fix ..mechanics in Nigeria are still learning work and most don't have the correct tools to do the job etc ..

Nigeria mechanics will you tell certain cars are good because that his the only cars they know how to fix and anything else is bad .. People bring in cars based on Nigerian mechanics skills on how to fix them etc . Some cars out there are actually good ,but not enough mechanic that know how to fix them , and you think I will advice someone to bring in hybrid cars...

There was an article years ago that I read how wealthy Nigerias will cargo their luxury cars overseas for regular maintenance check and fix..


In my past post I stated that USA mechanics are crazy too ,and even some car dealership mechanics are careless and they can mess up your car ..

I stated that when I got my Infiniti g25x , I took it to a white middle class to upper class mechanic shop neighborhood area .. I refuse to take my car to ghetto area shops ...

If any mechanic here is offended, it is because they lack confidence in themselves.. If you are good at your job you will ignore my comment and keep doing what you doing..

Most cars owners have trust issues with mechanics . And most will not leave their cars overnight at a mechanic shop..

Bolt is extremely smart with this method of rating that uses an average of 40 trips. The model makes it very easy for your ratings to drop and very difficult to rise. I'll explain why.

Let's say your last 38 trips were smooth with 5 star ratings but rider 39 and rider 40 gave you 1 and 2 stars.

Your total rating is (5*38) + (1×1) + (2*1) which equals 193. This gives an average rating 4.83 when divided by 40.

Now this is where it gets interesting. Let's say your next 10 riders gave you 5 star each. What bolt will simply do is remove the first 10 5 stars you got and replace with this latest set of 5 stars.

Guess what? Your total rating is still 193 and your average will remain at 4.83. For you to experience any increase in rating, 39 riders must give you 5 stars. The 39th rider who gives you a 5 star will now push out the 1 star the previous rider 39 gave you.

Total rating will now be 197 calculated as (5*39) + (2×1) with an average of 4.92.

This explains why you'll see people complain that riders are giving them 5 stars but ratings don't improve. Its the bolt model and is designed to crawl when rising and to drop as fast as possible.
