Good evening experienced professionals in the house. Please I need your advice, guide and counsel. My late grandfather has a big expanse of lands running into hectares somewhere in Ogun state. He has five children, four females, which one of them happens to be my mum and a male who is also late. None of the children are interested in the land but we the grand children are all interested in the land. The land has no documents. How do we go about it?

A question you might reasonably have is why would Biden take Michigan if he's still ~13k votes behind. Answer is simple - there are ~360k votes left in Wayne County (Detroit) and if they split as they currently are (67% Biden / 32% Trump) Biden lands a net gain of ~100k votes+.

There doesn't appear to be enough oustanding in Wisconsin for Trump to overtake Biden.

What is left in Michigan appears to be very favorable to Biden and they are currently almost even.

It would appear that as long as Biden holds NV, he will win the election regardless of PA.
