I used about 370bags, 2X30 tones and 1X20 tones all of plastering sand. Labour was 650k all round, including plastering of the decking of ground floor except the living room as I didn't intend putting POP on the ground floor ceiling except the living room. Money no dey bro

Setting up of Scaffolding was about 30k as I already had my bamboo. I did the plastering early January last year and I haven't done anything on the building this year as money no dey. Even the new large windows I bought are yet to be dressed. This year bad gaan
