Good day guys. Please which good mid-range phone do you recommend with a budget of not more than 600k? My priorities are performance, battery and good camera and which does not overheat. I want to upgrade from redmi note 10 pro.

First check if in your settings your screen timeout is set to "never". If it isn't then, check your app permissions. There could be an app keeping the phone awake at all times

None of what you mentioned was the issue, I force restart the phone and its back to normal. Thank you.

I noticed 2 days ago that my Redmi note 10 pro no longer sleep automatically by itself when the screen is on unless I lock the screen my self. Redmi users, what do you think might be wrong?

Please, guys, is it just me, or is anyone else also experiencing horrible slowness when downloading files larger than 2GB? It took me 12 hours to download a file of 2.38GB, and it affects the entire network. I've tried on different networks such as MTN, Airtel, and 9mobile. It wasn't like this before. Am I the only one?

I've had similar experience lately, especially on Mtn and Airtel. If I download a file of 1gb above it will download at a very high speed but immediately I try to download another file of similar size, the speed will reduce drastically. These network providers are up to something.

It tiring I swear. It no longer shows SOT and battery drains a lot by just doing basic task.

On my Redmi note 10 pro, I can't make calls nor receive calls with my mtn sim, even ussd codes are not working unless I switch manually to 3g network before those can work. Does anyone has an idea what might be the cause?

I figured you use the same device, do you by any means experience haptic issues on android 12? Because since I updated to android 12, haptic feedback hasn't been working properly despite putting it on maximum level.

It does, but not as much as to make it unbearable. I only turn it off when I'm below 30% and I'm not close to where I could charge.

Hi everyone.
I recently bought a Redmi note 11 pro. Good phone but one major issue right now. I am having internet connectivity issues. Most times I will have full 4g network showing on my phone but I can't browse and I can't use some apps i.e Twitter, Instagram etc . It just keeps telling me "no internet connection" meanwhile the network bars are full on my phone. It also happens at anytime and for varying lengths of time. I usually try the usual things but they don't work. I switch off the network and put it back on, put in on flight mode and remove it. Sometimes I switch off the phone completely and switch it back on to no avail. This is a brand new phone and so i am wondering why this issue.
Please house, any experience with this? How can I resolve this? I will appreciate any help I can get please.

The issue is probably from your network provider. Use another network to see of the issue persist.
