Thank you @muta18 . I have done just that and will update accordingly in due time. Thanks again. muta18: Since you have your ECA already, you ought to have created your profile with the previous IELTS result(s) to avoid tie-breaking rule.
Please do so IMMEDIATELY and then update/upgrade whenever you hit at least 8777 in LRWS. |

I submitted mine for remark on the 22nd of Nov and got a feedback on 9th December. You can call their customer care line to ask for the status. mojohnny: Sorry about your re-mark. Currently in the same shoes waiting on a response about my EOR submitted since 12th of November 2018.
I am yet to get a response from BC and it's making me super anxious to say the least.
May I ask when you submitted your EOR so I can know whether to go to their office to disturb them? Thanks |

Amazing!!! Thank you so much. I will come back to share my success. ChinenyeT: To the glory of God,I wrote ielts once and had 8.5 in reading. Always read your questions first, pick up key words as regards a particular question, find the word in the passage, read around it and pick your answer. I never read any passage completely. Don't waste time in sections 1&2. Be conscious of true, false and not given OR yes,no and not given. Never interchange them. Above all practise, practise and practice. Download ielts reading app for GT,it helped my practice a lot! Then the road to ielts marker. Practice until you get to 40marks. Be conscious of the instructions; if the instruction says 3 words only, NEVER write more than 3 words. Remember in ielts everything is a word including is and the. Finally, practice and develop your own strategy!!! The next is your last, in Jesus name! |

Wow incredible. Thank you so much for your help. Will put it into use immediately. I just pray my 3rd sitting will be the last. Shyee: Reading seems to be the easiest, you can score 8 if you practice really well take my word for it. If you're a regular English language user, the following tips might help. Learn to skim through reading passage to have a general or vague idea of the passage. Learn to scan through reading passage for a particular point or it's synonyms. Know your synonyms and antonyms. Improve your reading speed.
For tips 1,2 and 4, you could search Google for answers.
But, if you're not much of English speaker, you need to learn English Language, also free courses online for this. I came across one on coursera.org or udx or ... Just use Google. Doing this may take you 3 to 6 months.
From your previous scores though, you appear to be a regular user, so use tips 1 to 4 above.
Getting partners could also help.
Good luck |

I appreciate your swift response. I'd work with this. Thanks alot NanaF: Use at most 25minutes for Section 1 and 2. For the Section 3, you need at least 30minutes. Use the last 5 minutes to go over your answers. Practice, practice and keep practicing. Use ielts recent Cambridge books for reading practice and don’t stop practicing until you can score 40/40.
Read the question first before the passage so you already know what you’re looking for when you see it. That way if you have to go back to the passage again it will be skimming not proper reading.
Read the tips below from someone who scored a band 9 in reading http://ieltsliz.com/how-i-scored-9-in-ielts-reading/ |

Hello guys. My first time here. Just a quick question. I am on the verge of entering the pool together with my fiance. Is it ok if I apply as married before ITA, then proceed to get married when ITA comes around so as to provide the marriage certificate? |
