There is no team who has 100% youth and the best mix youth with Buys. The Barca team have buys like Sanchez, Neymar etc that doesnt stop them from being the best team when it comes to youth development.

In a standard Bayern first 11 lineup we have 4-5 youth players while Chelsea struggles to field one and none under 30yrs
