You can groom any dog specie if you have the time , resources, space, interest and set of skills required to do so. However in the case between a GSD and pitbull, i will personally pick the GSD, anytime anyday. The gsd has a more general acceptance and preference among nigerians, and the reason isnt far fetched, it is fairly straight forward to train and it responds to training easily. Am not saying a pitbull is difficult to train but when you compare both, a GSD can be easily trained whether you have had a dog before or not. Infact,you a GSD can easily adapt to being a personal inside the house dog and/ or being strictly a security dog. It is a specie that is very responsive to training and easily adapt to you and your style With a pitbull you would need more awareness about dogs in general and the pitbull in specie in specific to successfully groom it. And let me state that it isnt impossible if you are interested in doing so. For me personally it is GSD first and other dogs thereafter. |

I will advice that you scan the car, thats the best place to start. My personal experience with a mercedes benz with the exact issue as yours, i found that the plugs were bad and the noozles needed to be cleaned. Once the noozles were cleaned and plugs changed , the car was back to its best. As i said earlier scan first. Initially i thought it was the fuel pump or the throttle body but they were after all. So scan and post here so that you dont end up changing parts you really dont need to change. aristogabby: 1 Like |

Dogs are an interesting discovery you know. Every dog is a bundle of discovery waiting to be unraveled as it grows up. If you dont know the family history of a dog, the parents and their traits, you may be in in for a world of discovery of your own because different people mate dogs of unknown history. I would advice you if it's ok for you to love your dog as it is and weather the storm of its traits even if it is a world apart from what you expect. Love it care for it and enjoy the process, you never know, you may get to love it the more as time goes on or your child may form a bond with it that would bring joy to your heart. Emmabeauty: |

Hello op, your dog is quite young but still not too young to bark. Different dogs bark at different times due to their Gene's, training or the influence of another alpha dog that barks around them. My first dog a gsd is really good at barking, he could do it for as long as it is required of him. He doesnt get tired. I noticed that the second dog a rottweiler, that was friendly and super playful was influenced and had started barking by the 7th month, even the new addition, a samoyed, although older barks more than it usually did when it arrived because of the influence of the other 2 dogs. So maybe in addition to what everyone has said , you may need your dog to be around another one that barks and you will be surprised that your dog has alot of barks in it more than you can imagine. I would have loved to help but I presently dont have space for an additional dog as I already has three with me. Lastly, pls dont sell your dog, you have a lovely dog there, just give it time and if you want it barking soon, contact me and let see what we can work out . But then as a last thought you may want to find out info about its parents, if they do bark then it's only a matter of time or circumstances and your dog will start to bark and if you need it to, it will start to be aggresive |

You may need to forget about the myth , stories or expectations you have had in mind in time past about how your dogs would turn out. If your dog isnt a pure breed from a verified breeder and has a verified lineage, then you would have to do the job of discovering how different and special your dog is. Your dogs are a reflection of their parents and lineage and if you dont have info about its parentage, then you would have to live with what you discover and breed the best out of them. Now on the bark part, be patient, because they would eventually come into it and when they do , you may even get tired of it 1 Like |

Most times there is absolutely nothing wrong with your dog. To understand a dog better requires keen observation and if possible a detailed history of its lineage (father, mother & it inherent DNA trait). Not all dogs are the same and they all wont respond the same way. Give your dog time to grow and mature and you will be able to know what it can do and what it will not do. For now I will say, enjoy your dog, dont put unnecessary expectations on it and appreciate everything about it , even if you never observe it to bark at night. 1 Like 1 Share |

pls do what the last poster above me said by asking your mechanic to check what he described that you should do. an a.c. specialist with the right tools is always the best to attend to matters such as these. now to the fear part. the blinking light indicates that there is a problem with your a.c. system that needs to be checked immediately. most likely your serpentine belt is damaged ,about to cut or isn't as firm as it should be . pls get your serpentine belt checked right away or wait till you do so before you turn on your a.c. again. |

marvelos1: Travelling to benin is pretty easy with proper guidance. I will advice you get to Lagos first. But then, are you familiar with Lagos? If you are familiar with Lagos then it's easier. If you are not then it might be challenging Route 1,not familiar with Lagos. In this case take a bus to Lagos. From wherever you alight, take a another bus or taxi to mile 2.from mile2 ask for where they take seme taxi, it's about 1500_2000. When you arrive to the border, at seme, alight at con oil filling station, walk or take a bike to immigration Nigerian side to stamp your passport, and benin police on benin republic side. Nigerian immigration would demand for 1000 naira in two places to stamp your passport, while benin police would demand the same in two places making a total of 4k. If a bike took you across the bike would collect 500 naira. Pls try to come with your yellow card or you would be extorted of 3k naira if you don't have it. About the second option, there isn't any need to write that since am not sure you are familiar with Lagos. If you are planning to stay in benin for a few days, the cheapest hotels around is 5000cfa, about 3300naira. Not that exchange rate is 1000 naira exchanges for 1600cfa. For further information about your trip to cotonou send me a mail, then I can give you other details you need to make the journey easier and maybe cheaper.. However if you have alot to spare just take a ABC /God is good /cisco from lagos coming to cotonou and it will be an easy experience for you but definitely more expensive 3 Likes |

GAZZUZZ:Gazzuzz is quite straightforward and extremely down to earth. I have repaired two of my cars with him about three to four years ago and bought something from him recently, infact I was surprised by his magnanimity, generosity and sincerity . My cars may cost a bit more to fix, but they were fixed better than I expected and at the best price possible. Infact his service charge then was a surprise to me because it was lower than I expected . gazzuzz was always available for any follow up repairs despite the fact that I wasn't living anywhere around Lagos at that time. Am amazed at his availability both online and on the phone, alongside the free and timely tips he post online almost on a daily basis. Many times I know it would be overwhelming for gazzuzz and I have started including 'is it a good time to call', when I read one of his recent post last week. Sometimes it might seem like everybody is rising in defense of gazzuzz but I am because having known him since 2014,all I have to say is something good every time even as recently as last week. So gazzuzz, pls don't allow any inconsiderate and insensitive opinion by anyone here to get at you, I believe we are just glad to have access to you only when you are available and for me, iwill be glad to wait till whenever you are available because I know you have a job to do and a family to care for also,and I believe your job and family should always come first. 3 Likes |

International drivers licenses can be gotten for between 7-10thoussand naira or more depending on who you contact. Notable names abound here like patty b and other. Do a simple search and you would be able to find out. It takes between 1/3/7 days as it depends on who is getting it done for you For the international drivers license, it cost between 5-7 thousand naira as at the last time I did mine in December. It has a validity of one year. This you can get on the spot. The ecowas brown card is like your international insurance, it allows you to travel in anyone of the ecowas states with insurance cover for your vehicles. It's cost varies with the duration of time you intend for the insurance to last. There is insurance for one month , three month, six months and one year. Can't remember latest price but one month cost 7k last December. Of course you will need your passport if you have it and yellow card certificate, the yellow card you can obtain at the border for about three thousand. Pls note that if it is your first time of travel, you will have to pay at Nigerian custom, as they will stamp seen on departure on your ecowas vehicle license. That cost between 3-5 thousand naira. This is necessary to absolve you of the charge of trying to bring in your vehicle illegally on your return. For the first time of passing through seme or any other benin border, you will pay 35k cfa, about 22k naira to the benin police. It's a one time fee, and from there seen on arrival in cotonou is stamped on your passport. Of course you have to pay 10k cfa for laissez passes, that is the right to stay in benin republic with your car for one month. Subsequent month is 7k cfa. If all this is done you can drive through benin easily and proceed to benin Togo border at illlakondji and the Togo Ghana border at affordable. Pls note am note conversant with any new development at the other two border benin/Togo and togo/ghana for now. You may want to make your enquiries. In case you want more information than this pls indicate your mail, so I can mail you. Otherwise you have all the information till Togo border here. Also, apart from your passport and international drivers license, you can obtain all the other document you need at seme border within an hour if you are travelling through it. All the best in your travels Nb, prices may be subject to change but they have been as stated for many years at least for me I have known the prices to be the same from 2008, until last December when I renewed my papers. 33 Likes 5 Shares |
