I am particular fascinated that 2 of the medical drama series currently showing has Nigerian cast in them, it only shows that US recognises that Nigeria produces a lot of doctors.

I awaited it's premiere eagerly but the interest was quelled, if not squelched, after I read a review from Indiewire. But I should know better, reviews are predicated on someone's view and I should watch so I can make mine.

I watched the season 1 on Netflix, then went to 02tvseries to download season 2 because I felt I was wasting data watching it on Netflix. But I noticed that the ones I downloaded from 02tvseries were shorter in length compared to those on Netflix, so I had to delete them and continued watching on Netflix.

Depends on what perspective you're looking at it from. Consider this a promo for the show, after all, it was taken off the viewing menu after 24 hours on Amazon Prime. But, yes, all the episodes will be released at once, like Hulu and Netflix.

How could a missing tattooed lady, who supposedly lost her memory could just be instated immediately into FBI operations?

Fictional series require a temporary suspension of belief, that's why they are fictions. Plus to be fair, you don't really know how it works in the FBI outside of what you read, it might not be impossible for such to occur.
