Call your service provider's customer service and ask for it.. They would require some sort of verification based on your details to release it to you..

First of all root your phone->install a system/root explorer such as root browser or root explorer->launch the app and grant it superuser permission->go to /data/,locate the folder tagged "log" or "log_other_mode" (in the case of the A+) and delete it(You can make a backup of the folder if you wish but it is absolutely unnecessary).->reboot and check your storage,it should be as free as the traffic on Lagos waterways..

Lol. There is a difference between running the Android runtime and running the Android kernel... BB10 uses the Android runtime for android apps... The phone which the op's sister bought is an android clone by all means... You can tell by his description of the phone... EG the BB10 os looks nothing like the android os...

I used by break period browsing tru innjoo web page in the office.. So i called them to complain abt we battery problem... The lady said they have been getting that complain and are working on it and will be bouncing dere office in Nigeria very soon and are waiting for govt. She said if i enjoy the product aprt frm ba3 issues and i told her not just me but Nigeria is loving it. Then she further said all those who have purchased the phone will enjoy other phones from them coming soon all we need to do is make good use of the phone without scratch or any damage cos instead of buying a new one, you do a swap and pay up for anoda phone in any of dere office in Nigeria...


So i guess we shud worry less.
