pls guys i jst discovered that my tecnof7 a+ rom memory is showing 1.64gb as total memory tot it was suppose to show me 4gb na..abeg hw do i confirm if its truly a+ ve got cos d pack is sayin a+

i have not rooted the phone . i only tried backin up contacts which i did den i remove d sd card to insert in anoda phone so i can restore my contacts, after that try put on d phone n i saw this.

i decided to put up d screen shot.

pls haus i have a problem wit my m3 i tried synchronization of contacts to my phantom after that . this is what i now get on d m3 wen tryin to boot d phone.

ecryption unsuccessful. encryption was interrupted and cant complete as a result d data in ur phon is no longer accessible .
to resume usin ur phone you need to perform a factory reset. then wen i tried d factory reset i jst got erasing den latter error wit d green robot . pls wat shud i do
