They pay their Nigerian workers peanuts compared to what they give folks in their home country and Europe. Friesland (WAMCO) makers of Peak Milk have been in Nigeria for many years but don't have a ranch. They have sucked our forex for years just like Guinness. Moreso, many of them will blame the economy while they are not innovative and forward looking. They will also want you to believe the reason Asians are doing well is because they cut corners with Civil Servants. These are all lies.

1993-1998...None of those party exist.

1998 till date-show us a news of TINUBU being received into a new party by some set of people.

AD transformed to AC then to ACN and to APC.HE was a factor on all those party.

He wasn't received like by GEJ and JULIUS ABURE received pethief OBI in PDP and LP.

The fuel subsidy wrecked the economy. Removing it was a bold action needed to redirect the economy towards a more productive one.
The ensuing inflation is the reason why every president before him chickened out from doing it. The economy can only grow from now, stronger and more resilient than before.
He didn't ruin the economy, he rescued it from total collapse.

Before Tinubu became governor, Lagos had a poor transport system, power housing to contain population explosion, a poor tax system to benefit from the presence of many companies and industries in the former capital.




Tinubu came in, drew up a plan. Kicked off the Bus rapid transit (BRT), brought some sanity to the tax system, using the court to go after big tax defaulters (increasing Lagos state IGR significantly), conceived the waste disposal system...




Tinubu also built roads.

There is very little to nothing to differentiate these men.




But there are enough characteristics with which to compare them.





The three are politicians. Whether they be Nigerians or Americans or Europeans, politicians are hard to trust. That is why voting is a gamble. There is no proof that your preferred politician is morally better than mine.



The three of them are businessmen who have thrived in an economy that easily impoverishes the common man. While Tinubu and Atiku mostly provide services, Obi imports goods into our country, contributing to the fall in value of our Naira.




The three of them have had their time in government. That is, they have antecedents. While Tinubu conceived a modern Lagos city to compete with the rest of the high flying modern cities, Obi saved state money in companies in which he had huge stakes (a subtle crime which could earn you a death sentence in China). Atiku was chairman of the privatization program under OBJ and El Rufai exposed how he and his boss (Obasanjo) mismanaged the program, killing our education system.




The three of them have faced allegations of corrupt practices. But they are all allegations, and because corrupt practices are often hard to investigate due to the large-scale syndicate activities that shade it, it is hard to tell who is the most corrupt of the three politicians.




How some Nigerians concluded that Obi is the least corrupt is beyond me. How did they reach this supposed fact?
