1. There's no evidence that the previous governor before obi didn't take up poverty before 2006 when he became governor that's 3 good years. And we've seen what cam happen in one year with poverty rate (Tinubu is a good example)

2. 2008/2009 is still 5 years before he finished his tenure. Theres no evidence that rate didn't drop before he left.

3. On Tinubu's part, 2002/2003 Tinubu was governor when the poverty rate in a whole Lagos skyrocked. And at 2009, it was Fashola that was governor. Definitely it is Fashola we should be giving credit for that kow poverty rate.
