Celebrities / Re: Gospel Artist Yinka Alaseyori Calls Out Those Sending Her Death Wishes(vid, pix) by dbestuncle: 3:15am On Aug 20
Well wishing her death or her family evil is not good, not a Christian to do or even a responsible act.
However I doubt that anyone would wish or actually wish her death. I believe she is just acting up in response to some criticism she faced from some Ministers and christians over her continuous act of bringing some secular music into gospel settings. For instance the gwo gwo challenge.
I wish the best in her present n future endeavors

U no go die abeg. Next time before u come and campaign be sure you even know the manifesto of such individual.
Toyin Abraham and the rest of you will always be remembered for the mess you drag us into. Same happened to some Buharist when he became president and couldn't perform.
Another thing people like Toyin failed to realize is that if the president was living up to expectations would she not be proud and rub it in our faces that she told us so.

Kidspirit:
We were recently moved by AEDC from Band 'D' to Band 'A'. In fact, they move us without notice.

Sometimes they will move us to Band 'C', all without notice. I just bought a prepaid unit of N1,500 this morning and they gave me only 6.7 unit, in this harsh economy.

I got 41.1 unit last month with same N1,500 when we were in Band 'C'

6.7 unit can't last me more than two days for a minimal use.

My chest dey pain me. 💔 😢

Health / Re: Foreigners Now Troop Into Nigeria For Medical Treatment – Health Minister, by dbestuncle: 7:05am On May 08
Actually people come to Nigeria now for surgeries. This credit goes to private hospitals and it's not just about the administration but they can claim it though
The time it takes to schedule an appointment and have surgeries in some countries is mad. While some private hospitals in Nig can give you same thing with even less expenses.

Family / Re: The Number Of Children Living As Servants By State - StatiSense 2021 by dbestuncle: 6:02am On Apr 20
The term “child labour” is often defined as work that deprives children of their childhood, their potential and their dignity, and that is harmful to physical and mental development. It refers to work that:
is mentally, physically, socially or morally dangerous and harmful to children; and/or
interferes with their schooling by: depriving them of the opportunity to attend school; obliging them to leave school prematurely; or requiring them to attempt to combine school attendance with excessively long and heavy work.
Whether or not particular forms of “work” can be called “child labour” depends on the child’s age, the type and hours of work performed, the conditions under which it is performed and the objectives pursued by individual countries. The answer varies from country to country, as well as among sectors within countries.

(As defined by the international labour organization ILO)

Hawking after school is not child labour, but when it's done during school or there are evidences to prove that the child isn't going to school then it is be child labour.

It means those living as servants, those hawking goods for their parents, and other Labour.

Svoboda:

I dont know about stingy or righteous, but what i know is that coscharis isnt a greedy profiteering businessman.

There is this product he solely imports from the US that we buy from him. The price of that product has so far negated inflation, and has been largely been the same, even when dollars had gone over the top and he had the monopolistic latitude to shoot up the price.

This alone endeared me to him.

What i also know is that ubah doesnt necessarily pass off as a disciplined businessman, but he has been able to conquer anambra south more out of kinship than otherwise. The less said, the better.

What an intelligent and mature way to write. I don't know who you are but loves the way put up the writeup n I guess u wouldn't be so young.
