After u hav tracked the signal, remove ur strong and put ur STARSAT decoder, put it on, select Nigeria where necessary, it wud scan and then update itself for about 20 minutes, thereafter u wud be set 4 EXPLORATION.
If it has been activated it will start showing after 5 minutes.

That is the problem most Nigerians are having..
