But why do Nigerians criticize everything, even developments and new initiatives, it seems to me that there are a lot of Nigerians that criticize anything, wether it appears good or bad. Eg. New Hotel-----------The money should have been spent on better things As opposed to------Good development, this will mean better lodging for Nigerians and tourists alike New Powerplant-------probably just another fruitless project as opposed to-------We have had dissapointing projects in the past, but this one seems promissing Get My Drift, If you have no faith whatsoever in Nigeria, then fly out to UK/US etc. and if you can't afford it, then jump the fence to Benin, Niger or Cameroon, who is stopping you |

Nigeria: Workers Jog for Abuja 2014 Bid https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/5/53/Abjua2014.jpg Daily Champion (Lagos) February 28, 2007 Posted to the web February 28, 2007 Lagos Saturday 24th February, 2007 witnessed a landmark event as Nigerian workers under the auspices of the Federation of Public Service Games (FEPSGA), trooped out in their thousands during the monthly keep fit, walking / jogging exercise in demonstration of support for Abuja 2014 bid. Speaking during the event, President of FEPSGA, Sylvester Ikuejamoye said this month's edition of the keep fit exercise was dedicated to Nigeria's bid for the Commonwealth Games and primarily intended to align the total support of workers in the Ppublic Ssector to the Abuja bid. The rally, which drew massive attendance of workers from various Federal /States ministries, parastatals, Aagencies as well the private sector also saw residents of Abuja turning out en-masse to participate in the exercise. Members of the Bid Committee were led to the event by the Vice Chairman, Mr. Otaki Oyigbenu who is also the Permanent Secretary of the National Sports Commission,. Former Permanent Secretary Alhaji Babayo Shehu was also in attendance, among other committee members. Secretary General of the Bid Committee Dr. Tijani Yusuf said the monthly jogging exercise was a veritable avenue to create awareness and sensitize Nigerians on Abuja bid. He commended FEPSGA for the gesture of support for the Bid. He stated that the awareness campaign would be taken to other parts of the country as well. |
Why are you depecting Free's cousins in an immoral manner |
Not necessarily. So basically you're saying that all the bits and pieces that came together to start the infinite reactions that occur in our universe were created by no one for no reason. It was just a boom out of nowhere Nothing, No one-----Then-------------Boom-------particles form out of nowhere from nothing--------------- Wow, how reaviling, i'm going to convert to athiesm right away And the Earth is the immovable center of the Universe and everything revolves around it.Wow does science sayt that?, I never new that Actually, that's what it means. It also means your Supreme being had a starting point. Do you know what "equal" means? The supreme being definitely had a starting point, but he came to been the same second as time came to been, He came to been so that life could be created and void would be non existent. Begging the question. Is that a scientifical phrase commonly used by Athiests, please rephrase, I'm not begging anything Actually, the Big Bang theory is based on facts, follows the scientific method and the evidence for it are empirical.I am not denying that the sages that occured after the Big Bang occured, but i am saying that the Big Bang is definitely not an alternative to christianity, as it may even have being the way that God created Earth(I doubt it though). Me and a mate of mine are positive of a way to produce an Authentic video of the Begining of our planet, 100% exactly as it happened, not a bit different. Well what i am saying ad you keep answering in a odd fashion, is thatsuch an event as the Big Bang would have to have being created by someone, wheter it be Buddha or Ganeesh I find it impossible to believe that this world which we live in was created for no reason bu no one and if destroyed could possibly be the end of life anywhere in the universe, maybe forever. That is extremely hard to believe, and I am a flexible person I trust you will answer appropriately and not with the usual "Yes It can" |

Men you funny. I don't think there is anyone in the world who is unaware of what you've just said. For the only way for improvement is through development and by opening skyline threads such as this one, we can get the motivation to better ourselves as a Nation by looking at what we have achieved. Skyscrapers aren't a way of showing of, and they aren't just built, they are a symbol of the might of a nation and it's wealth. In Architecture we find a way of celebrating Humanity and of raising ourselves above the concerns of the matter of fact --Johnathan Glancey-- Buildings aren't the matter of fact but without glamourous buildings we would be indifferent from cavemen Wether rich or poor ever since mesopotamia, people have been striving to enhance their place of residence or commerce through architecture. In brief, buildings such as the ones in Lagos Marina aren't blindfolds but symbols, they are symbols of what can be achieved and what as being achieved and more importantly the soveriengty of our Nation. God bless Nigeria ![]() |
Yekini was the Nigerian Van Nisterooy. He was an opportunists not a creator, He's the Nigerian with the most goals to his name internationally, but i wonder how many of those goals he actually created. I brief he was a goal mouth player No hating though, God bless Yekini |
