What is your point on this You veered off topic. This has no bearing on our discussion about Germany. We are talking about study visa, you are here making reference to spousal visa. Smh... U don't need any lesson in German to go to Germany as a student if ur program is tutored in English.
Ur brother was denied visiting visa probably cos he didn't demonstrate good home tie (as in the case of tourist visa) to make the officials believe he will come back. If anyone is going to Germany to meet a spouse that person must have a prior knowledge of German. This does not apply to international student studying a program in taught entirely in English.

If Canada is so easy why were you denied with all the documents u submitted Probably because of ur 3rd class uniben certificate Omo see documents only to submit for study visa. Very Soon some applicants will provide documents and pictures of them swearing in Ogun or amadioha shrine to prove to Canadian VO that they will return to Nigeria or are going to study . . Try Germany and see the difference.. I am talking base on experience. I have experience both process firsthand. Germany is way easier and cheaper to obtain study visa

Then show the receipt dat u've paid and the SOA for the 10k CAD but u knw payment is made at ur own risk.
If possible dont pay till u are granted d visa

What causes them VOs to tick "u hav not satisfied me dat u wud leave canada at the end of ur stay(purpose of visit and family ties in Canada and Nigeria)?

I gave you tips I felt might help in my first post to you.

1. Use a larger SOA. Not because you need it but because the VO wants to see it.

2. In your SOP try to explain why it won't be necessary to finish your BSc in Nigeria. Maybe you can claim what you are studying now in UNIPORT is not what you really have a passion for.

I said this because having your uncle over there willing to foot your bills and accomodate you may make you come across as someone who is overly dependent on someone else who is over there, which is not what the VO wants for his/her country.

If CIC think its expedient for them to delay online route applicants up until there bitterness for Naija apps turns into a belly laugh,no wahala. I go wait. Becos i wouldnt want our online app to be like that of paper applicants-denial for no candid reason. Its maddening. They can hold my application till god knows wen until they solve there bitterness then come back to my app because i wouldnt want anoda denial and stress of reapplying. Dollar is on the increase. I applied since 8th feb and the mail i get is thank u for your patience,my patience is filled to the brim and it's running over.

Do not dwell on that, its clearly a human error.....there have been cases like yours before and requesting for your GCMS is the bet bet for you..

In anyways even if they ticked some boxes you will still need the GCMS to have a clearer picture

@Dbnagato, I don't know where you got that link or maybe you just want to add to Jackson 755 current issue. @Jackson 755, your ability to pay attention to details matters a lot when it comes to immigration matters. Someone posted earlier that it cost CAD 5 to apply for a case file and another person is sending you a link with $46 fee and you cannot even ask questions. I am not an expert, but if I was the VO, I'd probably have rejected your application as well. Don't jump on me- it's a fact.

1. Your sponsor's SOA will pay for your tuition but in the system of things, it appears low. I know your uncle will foot all your bills when you are over there but I think that's the first thing a VO might find off putting. In other words, you would be too dependent on someone over there, which they translate as you straining on their system as against adding to it.

2. You are currently undergoing a BSc in Nigeria and it is clear you are not done with it yet you are opting to go out. To them it appears like you have no plans of returning. They will couple this with the fact that you have an uncle who has a house and project it to mean, you'd have a house, and food, so nothing is stopping you from forgetting school and just working menial jobs whilst there.

Perhaps, to correct their impression I will advice that you upped your SOA regardless of if you'd depend on your uncle whilst there. The point is, you want a VO to not tick financial deficiency as a reason for denial.

I'd also advice that you wrote a good SOP capturing how the course you are reading in UNIPORT was not your first choice and how that the Uni of Regina? would offer you what you truly intended on studying.

I feel obliged to reiterate that I am no expert. Just giving a cursory analysis of your application.
