Good, that means institutions are working in Nigeria under Buhari. When a minister can be questioned over his conducts and practices within the ample of the law, goes to show how this government has empowered institutions to work without been conjured into oblivion. It's a departure from the past where ministers were stealing, inflating contracts without a word of caution or call to give explanation.

Education / Re: Katsina University Religious Regulation: An Illegality Taken Too Far by Dc4life(m): 4:43pm On Jan 22, 2017
Whatever religion the memo is targeting is unconstitutional. Whoever that drafted and signed the memo should know that section 38 (3) of 1999 Constitution of Nigeria and I quote "No religious community or denomination shall be prevented from providing religious instruction for pupils of that community nor denomination in any place of education maintained wholly by that community or denomination" and section 38 (4) said that "nothing in this section shall entitle any person to form, take part in the activity or be a member of secret society". From this subsection the Governor is yet to prove to the people of Nigeria that whatever student's of a religious body he is targeting are constituting themselves are a members of a secret society. Remember that onus is on he who allege to come and prove, which they have not done. May allegation is not enough to deprive people of their fundamental human right through an ordinary memo. Infact, remember that the constitution is supreme as stated in section 1 of the 1999 constitution and whenever any other Federal or State Law is inconsistent with the provisions of the Constitution, the Constitution shall prevail and that other Law shall to the extent of the inconsistency be void. Other Laws includes both Federal and State memos like that of Katsina State Government. We should not allow this impunity to continue like this

The army was too quick in announcing that boko haram has been cleared, thus, giving the people in the northeast a false sense of security. If the university community had not lowered her guard as a result of the implied understanding of the declaration from the military, this ugly incident could have been checked.

The President was quick to condem the attack on Unimaid Mosque but kept mum when Southern Kaduna Christains were killed. He was in zanfara to broker peace and constitute taskforce to recover stolen cows but remain deaf and dumb when Agatu, Nebo were masacered by fulani herdsmen. Mr Islamic President your misguided children whom you nutured and pampered from amajiri has graduated.

Foreign Affairs / Re: Gambians Leaving Their Country Over Imminent War As Jammeh Refuses To Step Down by Dc4life(m): 9:19am On Jan 16, 2017

In Africa, the mind set is that when you become President, you are President for life. Before colonial masters came to Africa, Africans used to have kings or other leaders for life, if they were not deposed by another warring tribe or faction. What western political systems being practiced in Africa has done, is provide a legal (constitution) and technological (military weapons) basis to continue in that same mind set. So, African leaders simply use democracy as a way to perpetuate the very same old African mentality of being a leader for life. Like in the past, the only way to remove these roque leaders from power is to depose them through internal resistance of various types to include wars. African leaders simply co-opted western political systems to perpetuate a long held belief system. So, are we surprised about the behavior of this former Gambian President? He loves democracy when it helps him grab power but he hates democracy once he is told that his time in power is up.

I see this as a resultant effect of the numerous hate preachings these elements received in the past. Bokoharam remains an ideology. That idea predates the Nigeria civil war of 1967. If we don't turn around and start preaching love, a bigger catastrophe will hit the world

A group of cultist loyal to APC Rivers State beheaded a senior Police offer, killed his driver and buried him in a shallow grave. Nothing was done by the Nigerian Police Force since after the arrest of the one of chief suspects.

On build up to rerun election in Rivers State, two people were caught printing Electoral materials in a pepper printing company in Rivers State. They were handed over to the police for proper execution of justice, yet the Nigerian Police buried the case because the people were working for APC.

Today innocent Police officers were dismissed for working with a sitting governor they were assigned to protect. Congratulations to the IGP and those fanning this evil, you have successfully led a legacy that will destroy the Nigerian Police Force in due time. Congratulations to our Saint President Chief Muhammadu Buhari, under whose holy eyes and anticorruption fight these evils and injustices are perpetuated on our nation.

the main presentation said the training activities of the Airforce in 2016 placed more emphasis on “pilots, engineers, technician and regiment personnel”. “The NAF in 2016 trained 869 of its personnel overseas including 101 pilots and 357 engineers and technicians, while 4,868 were trained locally including 131 pilots and 643 engineers and technicians,” he said. Throwing more light later, the Chief of Training and Operations, Ahmed Iya, also an Air Vice Marshal, said the Airforce spends “between $ 600,000 to $700,000 to train Pilots overseas while about $60,000 to $70,000 is spent to train Pilots locally”. At official rate of N305 to the dollar, the force spent some N25. 7 billion on the pilot trainings.

A Propaganda formulated just to Score cheap Christmas point Because they knew they've Done Absolutely Nothing for almost 20 Months In Office. Boko Haram is real but was supported by the Northern leaders and even Buhari was sympathetic to their cause so that Jonathan will fall. That is why he said an attack on Boko Haram is an attack on the North. Even the Chibok girls kidnap was a conspiracy involving the Borno state governor.
