The paltry sum of N1 billion coming mineral and mining is disappointing at a time we are crying for diversification of the economy. This only suggest that nothing much has been done in that sector considering the avalanche of mineral resources we have in this country. Regrettably, not much allocation in the budget for its development. By now revenue from solid mineral should not be less 10 percent then we know we are growing the sector. Though we need oil money to develop the sector however we should be gradually reducing our reliance on oil money because of its volatility and attendant effect on the economy. |

bukas15:Your Father! |

Osun state is in shambles at the moment, workers are being owed salaries, Lautech has been closed for up to Eight solid months and here's the Governor dancing to SKELEWU.. Smh |
After many Nigerians have committed suicide because of hunger and penury. What actually caused the recession? Isn't it GEJ anymore? Is recession no longer a word as told us by your noisemaker of finance? When budget of change was not fully implemented and its impact felt by the economy,I wonder how budget of recovery will take us out of recession. Still use DSS to harass bureau de change operators, ban using our ATM cards outside the country for legitimate businesses. Give more noisemakers funds to cut grass and repaint their houses. Sell dollar to your brothers going to Mecca at the rate of 197 naira and ignore genuine business men and manufacturers and still expect the country to miraculously recover from the recession you plunged into. |
The masses are always made to bear the brunt. Hiking school fees can't solve this quagmire the school faces every now and then. |
Reno should just shut the hell up, I'm not a fan of Buhari's administration but I think GEJ's fiscal policy placed us in the fix we are experiencing now. Lowering tax, placing too much money in the economy without regulating the flow of the naira, allowing thieves in government and their croonies to steal our money, making the naira lose its value, really messed us up! Buhari came in to suck up all that money but he didn't raise taxes, inflation is terribly high and government is spending less in capital projects. Well the have lifted the ban of the 41 banned products let's see if their prices comes down! But you politicians have messed us up! |
Funny how Zahra turned white |
AFTER SIX MONTHS OF FETCHING HONEST HANDS, HE CAME UP WITH SGF BABASHIR LAWAL, NSA ABBAH KYARRI, EFCC'S IBRAHIM MAGU. ALL HAVE BEEN INDICTED IN MASSIVE CORRUPTION IN LESS THAN FIFTEEN MONTHS, AND THE CORRUPTION FIGHTER WATCHES THEM WITH ARMS-AKIMBO. |
vodutive:LOL. A crazy country we live in I tell you. |
THE THIEF and BIGGER Thief ![]() "In 2011 Obasanjo called Rochas 'big thief'. He is in Owerri today with Ghanaian President Elect singing Christmas carols with Rochas. Will Christ laugh? "In reaction to Obasanjo's reference to Okorocha as a thief, Rochas Okorocha called Olusegun Obasanjo 'bigger thief, the dreaded Evil and Problem with Nigeria',...but today he( Okorocha) is rolling a red carpet in honour of his Thief Friend Obasanjo and political benefactor |
Why kneeling before a pastor I'm sure this man was paid to give this false testimony |

And some dunderheads would still pay tithe to this kinda pastor, kiss his feet and worship the ground he walks on.... Then you remember the so called congregation licking his ass, most of them can't even afford a cup of garri, some members shoes already turned to slippers, some members one and only suit is a raincoat already and yet they would call their pastor the best so ever..... |
If I was the pilot, I would have started flying so rough. No angel would tell them to sit down after loosing some teeth. Smh. I experienced this too in 2012 when I was flying to Nigeria, and the pilot refused to take off not until after the intervention of five police officers. Not women, but you see grown up men often disgracing the image of Nigeria in the midst of other nationals. As a humble man,you feel ashamed and embarrassed. |
Interesting ![]() |
