Good day fellow NL, i just completed my application after i got my ECA two days ago. After completion, my CRS was 338. Do i have any chance at this express entry at all How do people score up to 400 and above without having a Canadian education or work experience??

-My overall language test is 7 (7.5,7.6.5,7) in IELTS
-i have a bachelor degree and post grad diploma abroad
-my work experience is about 9-10 yrs

Abeg what else do i need to add to it to gain more points?

If your spouse doesn't have Canny work experience put zero for work experience and move everything to her personal history. I'm assuming you are the principal applicant.

Platypelloid, please confirm you schooled and worked in Canada. Otherwise, the CRS you have is somebody else's CRS to put it lightly.

I might be wrong, but are you sure it's not the time difference causing it. May be you should consider sending it during (WES) their own working hours. I recall doing mine around 7pm our time and did not encounter this issue.

I actually meant 50 years since 50 is the official retirement age. I went to my pension manager website and it says you can access 25% of your pension fund if you - voluntarily retire, disengage or is disengaged from active service before attaining the age of 50. I will assume emigration will fit this criteria. I have already sent an inquiry email to them.

Someone please answer him/her concerning the monthly saving plan question.

Yes you can access 25% of d money when outta job. Also u can use dat as PoF. So congrats man!

People always say it, I guess it's somewhere. Check ur Acct well well. If 5000K is in his Acct, get d bank letter nao. U previously said it is 25% pension sth. Attach the required documents either way.

I hear of London VO more than Accra these days. No criterion that I know of , it is IRCC discretion, Ottawa may be d one u will get. In one month u r done with processing.

How old is your spouse? I will assume he or she is below 40 years of age. You mean you can get access to part of your pension before pension age? If so, 25% of mine is more than enough to beat the POF requirement. Kindly elaborate please.

No time is bad to fix cash. No statement is needed, just get the certificates.. Use LOE to populate and explain ur funds.

What's ur CRS? What's ur projected ECA completion date?

I am about writing ielts with my spouse, going with the crs tool, we would have about 448 points if we have the maximum ielts scores.

However, i am worried about pof. We have been buiding the funds in ny account since june. Its about 2.2m now (but the money has always veen fixed so bank statement will show little or no money in the account). We need 5m. There's is someone willing to give us the balance. Please how do i make this work?

Do i need to still submit my account statement for the 2.2m or the certificate of investment for the fixeddeposit is ok? Also, if i get a gift deed for the balance from the person, does it have to also be there for 6 months?

Please, advise on the best way to go about this.
