I do not have an issue with a culture that permits an 18 year old to get married since she is considered an adult (even though in my personal opinion age 18 is adulthood for an american or a European, not an áfrican. The growth and maturity levels are quite different. A 24 year old áfrican is only as developed as an 18 year old european.
