Good day V.O, Any hope and do you think i'll be cleared today the last day? Read on other forums that some A.P cases were cleared and got issued visa's yesterday. Even someone that his case was on ready as he checked @ 4pm his time he saw issued. |
Dear V.O, How are you today? I know i'm still on AP but as I was told on "common names" I am very sure you know more about my case because if it's just on common names, I don't think it should take this long for it to be resolved the US has the best technology in the world that I know. If there's more to it i'd like to know please and if there's anything (info) you'd like to know or ask, i'll be willing to share. I sincerely want to be cleared for being placed on AP it makes me look like an enemy of the states which i'm not and never will. I don't want to miss this opportunity. It's a dream come true for me. |
Good day V.O... How are you doing today? I'm actually smiling as I type this question hope dust hasn't started covering my file that is on your desk? I believe you are tired of hearing from me. I'm so sorry, it's not my fault just want to be cleared from the AP i've been placed on because I have a common name. To cut the long story short, I know and believe you know better, what are my chances of being cleared? Is the AP at the embassy level or DOS? Your response will be highly appreciated. |
@marymary14 and justwise. thanks. I know you guys got my back. As 4 d dude with the bucket mouth full of shit! Silence is the best answer.................. I can't even speak out your name son!!! |
Oh my Good God!!! Fncking hell... Lord God! I'm in deep shit. Sometime ago St.steven said he didn't have money "Good evening house and hope we all had a nice weekend.and I felt as a fellow nairalander if I have more than enough why can't I help like I do to others in need. So I decided to send him the sum of N10,000. I don't know him from anywhere not spoken to him over the phone before just through email that I asked for his bank account details. I also told him not to tell anyone I assisted him because "when you give out something with your right hand, you mustn't let your left hand know" and the best help you can render someone, is someone you don't expect anything in return from. I feel so stupid and ashamed right now. Now I know my visa case might not just be solved! He should rot in jail!!! These are the kind of people that make honest people like I and others under AP suffer. |
Good Morning V.O, How are you doing? I decided not to collect my passport from the embassy till a decision is finally made. Anyway any news on my case? Are weekends included when counting days on AP cases? If they are mine should hit 60 days on the 8th of September. Happy labour's day in arrears and a stress free day also... |
Ok... thanks a lot. I rest my case. But how do I get my passport back because it's still at the embassy? |
Good afternoon Dearest V.O, Ma, any update on my case yet? I'm still stuck on AP. |
Dear V.O, Good afternoon to you ma! I'm just curious... With your experience and with all the DV cases under going administrative processing, have there been pending cases that exceeded the deadline date (30th of September) in Nigeria? And if they were do you finally acknowledge the people if they have been cleared or not? That's after the 30th of September.... Or the embassy never attends to the cases after the deadline date and just leave it pending? I just want to know should one try to apply for a visa either visiting or schooling afterwards ... |
Good afternoon dearest V.O, I sent an email yesterday to be updated on my case. This was the reply I got ; Your case is still under review; this type of processing can sometimes involve several different sections and can take several months or longer. The unit completing the administrative processing does not always have full control of the timing involved. We understand your concerns and will contact you when to return to the Consulate. Please do not send us additional e-mails about this matter unless you have new information or new questions for us, so that we may focus our attention on our administrative processing work. "Several months or longer" wow... does that mean I should just forget about getting the visa since the deadline is 30th of September and from the look of the email and "my view" my case may not be solved on or before the 30th. I still ponder what the issue is with my name being held under common names. I have never even travelled outside Nigeria before. Ma, please give me your candid advice because i'm so confused. Besides is there a way I can send you a personal email? Because you said there are things you cannot discuss on a public forum. |
Hahaha... thanks a lot V.O . Thanks once again I think I now have an insight. Besides, what is my case looking like, Good, Bad or Ugly? ![]() |
Thanks V.O I understand. Besides I checked CEAC just before I sent you a post on here my status update was on 1st of August. And I just checked just after I read your response and my status update on there changed to 7th August. Can you kindly explain the updates and changes in dates please, i'm very curious... Or is it that anytime one makes enquiries on his/her case it updates (the embassy updates it) Thanks. |
Dear V.O, God bless you for all the good works. You stated "almost all the numbers have been exhausted" thats for the DV visas. wow.... ![]() Does that mean I (we) that are on Administrative Processing should just forget about getting a visa? Anyway I haven't heard from the embassy is my case being treated or on hold? Today marks 30days of being on AP and 54 days to 30th of September. Still hoping... |
that is on your desk?
