Hello room, I have an issue at hand now. Can some attend to me. The thing is this I applied to USQ for UG. This morning they sent me a mail asking for me to fill the GTE and financial checklist form. But some of the questions there where troubling.
1.) they asked if I had applied to any country in any of the commo wealth country wch includes UK, Australia, Canada and NZ. In 2011 I had already applied to Canada and I wasn't given under financial reason and sponsor not credible. I don't know what it will cost me if am not honest with the answer but am planing to be.
2.) I have 2 sponsors one is my Uncle the other is my brother but my brothers bank statement is not yet available now as he is expecting some money, I don't know if under SVP they will accept uncle that doesn't reside in Australia as a sponsor( and he has a good financial backing).
Considering the histroy that I had applied with BCIE for QIBT. But I withdrew due to uncle level 3 wahala issue. And also I have quite a space in my Academic as I am planing to do another UG after I had finished from IMSU although I do not have my final transcript. Please someone should Advice on the steps to take so I can be given an offer.

What is your visa subclass applied for? You may consider writing Pretoria as well to get update especially if you are under SVP.

Mighty4life: please I beg you don't apply with that statement, just maintain ur cool and get the statement correct. That ur uncle statement will be bounced.if u aren't under svp your statement must be three months old with the required amount resting in it for 3months and above. U can keep deferring ur programme until u get it right. Pls get it right cos it's always very painful to be refuse an Australia visa. Thanx

I am under SVP. It a packaged course for BSc. Diploma + Bsc Griffith.

My brother was denied an Australian student visa for a higher diploma and the reason was that he didn't provide his IELT'S(which he did but he only submitted the online result as the main certificate wasn't ready) and also that my financial capacity is not strong enough. I had 3.5million naira and they said that the money was around 1.8million 2months prior to the application. I still have other accounts with reasonable amount inside and I want to know if we can get a lawyer to appeal for us. Please I need advice from the house. I am so so disappointed and I feel I should have done more but on the other hand I don't see this reason as concrete enough for a denial of visa

how much was the total amount you had or did u just put the 3.5m and printed , because they usually calculate 18600 + remaining tuition and flight ticket, wch should round up at 5mil or 4.7mil.thats why i asked what the total amount was. The whole thing boils down that u needed to bring a substantial evidence as your brother fell under level 3. They usually take level 3 very serious. More over he should have waited and brought original cert of that IETLS.

Pls someone ansa me can one use uncle as sponsor, and business statement of account when applying to school (GTE) accessmeant?

Please, while applying to schools GTE for clearance under conditional? Can u present to the school an Uncles bank statement? And can u say ure being sponsored both by uncle and brother? Just trying to know if the sponsorship eligibility in 3L implies too when supplying financial documents to the school?

Thank you everyone that has answered, I appreciate your contribution. I will try Edwin Cowan then... For February intake. Since I have all my doc. Still on my mail. Then print out their form and fill it up. I paid Qibt 12,000 dolls. Including OSHC fee. I wonder how much Edwin Cowan is.

equlibrium: I have been down this road with bcie before, it doesn't end well. If you get it using force from them say using police, all they have to do is inform the school that your financial documents were fakes or that your funding was found to be insufficent(it is their duty to verify such under the Australian SVP arrangements) and wham! No visa for you. Also you could get a ban, just speculating. Thats why I only went with schools that accepted my application directly. Try to reach angela and ask for your letter from her, quit working with the dumass in PH. But oct 5th is rather tight, too tight to be playing this sorta games with you, especially as the dumbasses haven't even handed your letter

please do send me the name of the schools you applied directly. My school is opening by 13th of oct. and I also have maybe 3 Extra weeks. That maybe on my enrolment. Hello room...please I have a little problem. I tried to apply to Qibt/Griffith on my own but the school insisted I must use one of their agents... Unfortunately I fell into the hands of BCIE. They helped get the admission. Then I used my uncle as my sponsor when I was about lodging my visa my BCIE agent in PH was told by Angela that diac has changed their rules. That they no longer use uncle as sponsor or business accounts. I had to get one of my brothers more like an uncle with the same surname. But his bank statement too is a business statement and he had no much fund in it for like 3 months,then he paid in 5mil b4 I printed, although he had like 12mil in it like 6mnths ago. I took to lag to apply then Angel said it won't fly. That he would have to bring another account. I had to differ the enrolment. To my greatest surprise I found someone who has been using this link... because I was looking for this link, I couldnt get to it.because I had used it wen I tried for canny. The guy told me he had applied even without a bank statement. To cut the story short. I was sent another enrolment, my agent seized it saying I will have to get that bank statement before he will release it. The bank statement is not yet ready by my brother. And sch will be starting by 13th of Oct. so I am on my 5th week now... Though sch usually gives 2 to 3 weeks grace wen u can arrive. Now my biggest challenge is collecting my COe. I had just contacted sch to talk to this man. But the man is still being rigid. I am yet to get reply frm sch on what he is saying.i could be asking for a refund,and loosing my money, time and everything!!! It's so annoying... Please I need advice. I have told this Bcie man that am under level 1 and they trying to shove this level 3 ish on me...told them diploma/BCs is on streamlined visa and they said no!!! Pls I need urgency in this case.

Which of the birth certificate is best to submit to CDHC, is it the one issue by the hospital where u were given birth or the one obtain from NPC?

umm deducting from what oga xtus asked....please is it compulsory to to submit all your siblings cert. Plus ur parents marriage cert.?ifyes, Is there anything you can improvise with if you don't have those docs?

Composite(the normal sheet pasted for students to check their result,wch is given to course reps). And pls anyone going to Mun should indicate so we can hook up on BBM or anyhow.

If I may ask, why go for a second degree? Industrial chem is a good course. Why not just do msc?

@olawunmi_samuel umm baba I don't think you get my question, I meant submitting to the embassy and the reason I prefer to 2nd degree is this...I had already applied for a 1st degree to MUN and the had given me admission severally it will be applying and getting anoda admission and secondly the university I went here in Naija no be am, it was quite shaky so I don't need to get into master's class and look lost plus the strike that affected my academic performance and stuff. I want to start from the scratch sha...are attending MUN?

Pls I have a problem, @all I do not have regular mail box(i.e the NIPOST mailbox ) how do I get the school(MUN) to send my acceptance letter to me, I do not know if the use private mails? Please who knows any other means I can do this apart from Nipost to get here faster to me...please someone answer me.

Please @all I want to knw why the visa office did this, when the refused my application they. Said I do not have enough transportation for any of my family member joining me to canada, I understand the mistakes I made on my application after studying the thread. But I still haven't gotten the fact of my family when am the only traveling and was clearly stated in my application. Someone help me so as to not make same mistake again re-applying.

I applied for Algonquin college online but they said they don't accept scanned academic documents that they only accept original or certified copies. I can't send them my original certificate unless its transcript. So pls I need help here. How do I send my academic documents to this school pls.

I will advice you to make photocopies of those original academic documents to a high court and certify them, then post the certified copies to them. It also will serve as original. You do not have any right to give out ur original copies except on siting. once you send it(originals) they will not return it back. Hope that answer your question. Goodluck

you can get bank statement from pluto, there is no this advantage...but you have to show a ties with ur broda and write a letter stating clearly that you are truly related and strong reasons why he is sponsoring. Make available pictures with him and family.

I showed them my first year transcript when I applied the first time I could get the composite result sheet from my course rep and Notify, cos getting transcript from my sch is really going to be a long thing. How do I show our ties of course we share same surname what more can I show as ties with him apart from pix? I need documents suggestion, cos really he is my Uncle. I thank you all for enlightening me on certain things I did not know about packaging my application. I was refused TRV in 2011 reasons 1. I did not satisfy the consular that 1. Have no sufficient fund and available resources, without working in canada,to maintain myself and any family members who are accomp. During my proposed period of study 2. Have a sufficient and available financial resources, without working in canada, to pay the cost of transporting myself and any members who are accompanying me to and fro. 3.Insufficient proof of relationship with sponsor and Insufficient proof of source of Fund. I have been able to to rectify my mistakes...am planing to apply for next winter for a second degree, I had already establish to them that am in a university. My first sponsor was my dads friend and I didn't even put an affidavits. I have approached my uncle who bears my dads brother, he owns his business organization which is also registered in family name. And he is ready to employ me after studies. I have planned to get dox like tax clearance, company registration, and letter from his bank that he is the sole signatory. Plus am adding land dox on my name, am putting 2M in my own acct. In respect that he paid it in for me. Then statement of purpose I can take care of that;due to my shaky degree here and doing a course that will help grow the organization immensely(computer science) I had formally studied industrial chemistry. Now my question is why did they consul include my family,When am the only one on this trip? 2. Is changing a sponsor going to affect my application? 3. I was 21 when I first applied now am 23 does it matter(I knw it doesn't from previous posts I read)? 4. I will not be able to have my final transcript. By the time am applying but I will be gradging this year , do I have a professor in my current department or HOD write a letter as I did before telling them my Univ. transcripts is not yet ready?. Am applying to MUN. Everybody should help answer my question!
