Mostly the site is going around 12, 1, and 2pm. And make sure you’re using PC and if you must use phone make sure your 4g connection is very strong.
I witnessed 5 applications were submitted successfully around those hours today.

The button was already there when I tried at that time. I just filled in the details and I saw success in the address tab.

Seeing success in the address bar you’re not yet done if a page like the file I attached didn’t show… kindly go and resubmit your application and print that page. It contains you application ID

Your question sounds discouraging,,, nothing in this world can be anonymous if it’s known to more than one person. All indications showed it is ICPC unless you know something which most of us here dunno about the recruitment. And I thank you for encouraging me to do my best and pray… Deep down I know the best effort to put is prayers and InSha Allah I will keep praying. Thank you.

How sure are we that the agency is ICPC? Those who made the openings anonymous knows what they're doing nw.. Now if you approach him and he say he's not aware of any recruitment going on there,hope you won't be thinking he's a bad person?. Do your best and pray, May God grant everyone of us the best.

Start by building relationship with him since he lives in your area it won't be difficult. For example start going to say your prayers in the mosque he prays 😅.

If you already ve a good relationship with him, get to meet and congratulate him. Tell him you saw on the news so it won't be like you are stalking.
Then explain to him how excited you are because 'His appointment is a blessing on your part as you had applied for a Job with ICPC and you fear your chances are slim due to the multitude that are applying.. Goodluck, others can add

Good Evening All.
Please I need a clue from experienced folks in this forum… I’ve successfully applied for ICPC recruitment and I’m living almost the same area with one of their board member who were sworn in today. I’m clueless on how to approach him with the issue of this recruitment. 🤔🤔🤔
Please i need advice on steps and method to follow to confront him with the issue. 🙏🏾

I was able to pass through the first page of registration for the ICPC recruitment ,I got an application ID now,I was able to logout and login again ,it is just to fill the second page and continue.

In 2018 I wanted to buy iPhone 6 from AliExpress. I contact a friend seeking for advice which he warned me never to buy refurbished phone 😳
I refused to listen I order an iPhone 6 @75k…
After a month or two of smooth use. The phone been given me one or the other issues. Look at me jumping from one engineer to another. From fixing charging IC, to changing battery to changing screen.
Just like that phone go refused to charge the next thing you’ll hear charging IC.

In summary guy ABORT THIS MISSION AND RETREAT.
