Good morning all...thanks to all that responded yesterday, I am a bit disappointed at the CVs I saw...what is wrong with us...sorry if I am sounding harsh.
Alot of our CVs are terribly written, no structure, ,,,errors. ..not clearly explained.
I see why many of us are finding it hard to be called.

Yes it is better I tell us the hard truth....I couldn't push for a whole lot of CVs. ...the are a disappointment .
Many of us abbreviated somethings,. ...one can't differentiate your names, addresses and all.
Some just wrote their CVs like a note.
Anyway if you must get a job please take job search serious. ....

Qualifications, experience and attributes

LLB(Hons) Law – Minimum of 2:1 from a reputable University
BL(Law School) – Minimum of 2:1
LLM - will be an added advantage but not compulsory.
Junior Lawyer: 3-5 Years
Senior Lawyer: 6-10 Years
Strong stakeholder engagement and management
Excellent judgement, exceptional technical legal abilities, Analytical skills, intellectual ability and commercial acumen; capability to develop and articulate clear strategic options and plan effective implementation in the context of a high volume of work and in a situation calling for fast-paced decision making.
