After the meeting, I moved up to my boss and I said "Sorry Sir for letting you down! "

1)You didn't let me down. You actually took yourself up.REFUSING TO FAIL even when you were not prepared, means you are AN ACHIEVER.

2)You just defeated the fright that comes with public speaking. PERFECTION STARTS WITH A STEP.

3)As an HR professional, you always need to be very aware of what is happening with the HR department(work related)/the business. DON'T BE A SPECTATOR.

4)As a boss, my duty is to help mould you into becoming the leader you ought to be and not just a follower. GRAB EVERY OPPORTUNITY that is giving to you.
