@stadora since ur from anambra, u will understand this adage, NDI BE ANYI SIRI NA OSO CHUBA NWATA OGBA NAA IKWU NNE YA. meaning that when something is pursuing a child, he runs to his mother's people. I think that you should go to your mother's people, they will never chase you but rather, they will accept you and care for you. Please don't stay with a stranger, times are bad. Contact any of mother's family now I beg of you.

it depends on d purpose but its mostly robbed,but for constipatiön,dip ur last finger ie d smallest in d oil and insert on your baby's anus.

Please oo house...I've been having pain/cramps in my lower abdomen since yesterday non-stop. I couldn't sleep as a result of it and i find it difficult walking. Is this something i should be worried about? Then there's this painful lump I've been feeling in my tummy . sometimes i feel it just below my abdomen then it moves to my left side,sometimes to the right and it hurts! I'm a 23weeks ftm.

try not to lie on your back when lying down,rather lay side by side.the lump you feel may be ur babies elbows,just gently massage it when it come and it will go down.but stil ask ur doc

we the igbos believe in palm kernel oil alot,it relieves cold,fever etc in babies,it stops convulsion and when the baby is having constipation.igbo mothers will never come to omugwo without it.

I've been limping my right leg since last Friday. I can't rest body on it at all. I've use balm on it and get relieved a little but I think it suppose to have gone since Friday.(almost a week). Is anyone going tru that? should I go to hospital?or is there any drug I can use ?
I need advice and contributions o. Can't continue limping o.

try raising ur leg with a small chair when u sit and use pillow to lift ur leg a little when u lay on bed so blood will circulate well to ur legs

Eiyaaa!sorry for the pains,u can do a little walking around,sore throat is as a result of dry throat,so try drinking a lot of water and fruits,and also paracetamol can help

I am feeling like someone put a hose up my a$$ and is pumping air into my stomach my belly feels so tight and I am having this nasty leg ache (was told its restless leg syndrome) i am feeling so outta breath most of the time too plessssssssssssss any suggestions? I can't sleep at night also. I'm so stressed out that dh wishes he could help me carry the pregnancy

Sorry oooo, about ur leg, when you lie down, try to raise it up a bit using pillow. About not sleeping at night,try not to eat heavy food at night before bed time or you can compensate for that during the day by treating your self to a nice long sleep

Pimples are also a sign of pregnancy, and sometimes your face is not supposed to be smooth tho depending on your body system. Just live it there, it will all clear after delivery
