u can go to baby bump or other site,send them ur email and they will sending newsletter everyday or week,you can also go to playstore and download pregnancy app.and yes pregnancy makes us hungry cos babies demands from us.so eat when u are hungry

What if I told you palmoil and sugar?
My son had a nasty cough ( accompanied by vomitting) and as usual passed it on to his lil sister.
Cough that defied 3 different types of syrups ( for the big bro o).
The ijebu woman who witnessed him coughing asked me to mix St Louis sugar, one cube and palmoil. I just yinmu-ed. The next day, he was coughing so much ( not responding to his meds) that I told my husby we had to see his cardiologist. I remembered the sugar and decided to try it....nothing to lose nah.
Half a spoon and the cough ceased!
The sister too wanted to show herself, I sama her......silence!
That was how we did for 2 days o!.
