Well, I have paid all my fees and has been granted permission to start the screening and reg. but that portal is I can't even explain. Whenever I click on the "bed space" stuff, it will just take me to a blank page. The O'level and birth certificate uploading uploading is not going through. I couldn't download the road map. #Frustrating.

One of the world's latent silent killers is boredom. Having nothing to do or nowhere to go can be very frustrating Especially in a Country like Nigeria where PHCN as economical with power distribution. To a talented individual, that void of idleness can be filled by exercising that God given talent, But what hope does a non-talented guy like me have, or let's say I have not discovered my talent.

Waking up everyday with no specific activity in mind makes life looks like a chore all thanks to my school OAU who put all its fresher's on a compulsorily 9 month long vacation due to strikes caused by the selfish interests of some individuals, my consolation rests in the date May 3rd 2015, a day when I'll feel like a prisoner granted freedom after 30years in jail, a day that will put an end to all my agony and misery, a day that will bring smiles to many faces, a day when parents will set their children on the course of life, a day that will mark the beginning of greatness in many young minds, Its our independent day.

In 2009 I did jamb I chose oau as my uni but I failed post ume
So I went for my ond to cut the story short now in 2014 I hv upper credit 3.35 in banking and finance lagos state polytecnic and I did direct entry I chose OAU economics
During the processing I went to my uncle Proffessor Omisore of EDM "environmental design management" whom took me into the admission room and d secetary took my credentials looked @ it and commended me for having good grades. I have an upper in banking and finance OND, I have 7credits in my waec one sitting.
But he told me d@ they can't include my name because it was too late.
Now guys I hv series of questions cus time is not on my side I wud be 21 dis year.

1) I am a commercial student,which courses can I go for in OAU direct entry even if it is social sciences?

2) Is direct entry sure in OAU or I shud just write jamb again and start from scratch?

3) I really wana study economics,does this department accept ppl with upper credit into direct entry?

Pls afolabi if u r reading this post kindly drop ur number and my fellow NLanders in OAU help me out. Thanks

I dont know much about Direct entry,bt if i were u, I would take jamb form, choose economics,den wen d form for direct entry comes out I'll also take dat one..so it would b lyk having two chances for admission----through direct entry and jamb,i know of someone wu got economics through D.E and accounting through JAMB last year, Go to campus and find more abt D.E also
