Doctors av been aving problem of back pain for long, I av used several body pain reliever medicine but to no avail, most of the time i tried to twist my waist in d process i will hear a sound like (ka ka) also i always asked my children to stand at my back just to hear the sound and it makes me comfortable i believed my back bones are set immediately i hear the sound...lol .
