A Tissue Converting Company seeks the services of a qualified persons to fill the position below.

JOB TITLE: Field Sales Representative(Salary and Commission). Females are encouraged to apply DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NO PASSION FOR SALES
LOCATION: Lagos

JOB ROLE/FUNCTION:

1. Get Sales through visits, cold calls, networking and any legitimate means
2. Research accounts and generate or follow through new sales leads.
3. Maintain and expand Sales within assigned territory
4. Report and give feedback to management through company determined means.
4. Develop new distributors, maintain the relationship with distributors, follow up visits to distributors regularly, arrange
the visit information and feedback the distributors needs and ideas to Management.
5. Collate competitors information and general market intelligence and relate information back to management.
6.Cooperate with other sales team to conduct market activities, lead or cooperate with all departments of the company to complete the
company's project work such as exhibitions, promotional activities or marketing, public relations activities.

7. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
OND or HND OR Bachelor’s degree in any discipline but must have a flair for Sales and marketing. Minimum of (2-3) years’ work experience in relevant position in any of the FMCG COMPANIES.
Must be Computer literate. (MS. Excel. Power Point for presentation and Internet)
Must understand Customer service and how to meet sales target
Ability to Speak more than one Nigerian language is an added advantage

- Presentation skills.
- Self confident
- Great Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Good knowledge of FMCG

We are a tissue converting company looking for distributors of our products outside Benin-City. We have a warehouse in Benin and all you have to do is pay and collect the goods.

We have toilet tissue and serviettes. Selling other FCMG goods is an advantage although we are willing to entertain those who feel they want to supply hotels, schools, restaurants.

We only want one per city. i.e. Warri 1, Asaba 1, Agbor 1, etc.

Goods will only be released with proof of payment.

LOCATION: Lagos

JOB ROLE/FUNCTION:

1. Manage the sales team efficiently, according to the company's requirements to make and arrange sales plan, reasonable distribution,
and implementation of sales task, regular sales report and submit to Managing Director for reference.
2. Meet your sales target
3. Monitor the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications.
4. Lead the team to develop the distributors, maintain the relationship with distributors, follow up to visit distributors regularly, arrange
the visit information and feedback the distributors needs and ideas to Managing Director.
5. Organize team members to collect market information regularly, analyze market conditions, competitors and its products, feedback to
the Managing Director on a regular basis.
6. Train and coach the area sales managers, to develop a long-term plan for learning and training, and actively cultivate team members'
sales ability and team spirit.
7.Cooperate with other sales team to conduct market activities, lead or cooperate with all departments of the company to complete the
company's project work such as exhibitions, promotional activities or marketing, public relations activities.

8. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
1. Graduate of any reputable University
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a reputable FMCG company. Must have solid experience in managing sales team.
3. Special Skills & Ability:

Have good ability to coach and mentor a team
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office.
Good communication ability.
Principled with integrity.
Good market knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
OND or HND OR Bachelor’s degree in any discipline but must have a flair for Sales and marketing. Minimum of (3) to Five years’ work experience in relevant position in any of the FMCG.
