Great news. One does not have to wait for returned monies. They are hoping to get the certs out in 2weeks.

On Crusader,your broker is only disposing those units of Crusader in other to join upward moving train,you would agree with me that other Insurance stocks in that cartegory are already doing 25-28% since the TS was imposed. Crusader has consistently been on the Offer position since then.

Except Crusader comes out of TS during an extra bullish period and they release fantastic results, it is bound to fall. But I guess you are keeping it longterm. You could see 25-30% of it's value in 6-12 months.

The fidelity graph i'm looking at looks promising. N10 plus has been a safe zone/resistance) and i see room for upswing.

@ Fatherof2, I no understand this Fidelity talk. Do you mean that the resistance level of 10.5 has been attained? You know PO shares never enter so I suspect that the price may get to like 9 naira because of there overbloated share capital.
I am wary of Fidelity. See how PHB has started crediting people's CSCS with the shares. PHB is not going anywhere for now. Same with Zenith. na just to wait out the period and position when t has really dipped enough. Abi how u see am.

That was a good move Abu on Presco. I'll find my way today. N15.65 to N21.68 no be small profit. I won't wait for any result.Its probably factored into this price already. I'll CICO Zenith and UBA on friday. There was some added interest in Late trading for UBA yesterday.
Zenith is a very clever bank.Very conscious of its image, including its price image. I saw them do this very well before the bonus of last year.They'll list now and ensure all certificates are out this May. Allow all the damage to be done in June and announce the FYE by last week of July when the price should probably be at the low ebb which they'll still manage. It will never be allowed to fall below the N45 price axis. They'll like that price to hover around N60 by year end.

Tomorrows exit a must!

Spoke with someone at Zenith. He kept saying their price will not drop lower than 44-45. He kept insisting that their end of yr is next month. So d urge to sell may not be there 4 a number of people. Me I no agree that one. Most people just want to take what they can get after the bear season don shoe people.


I know they are d baba in managing prices so I won't be surprised it does not go below 44. I really wonder how they do it.

Intercontinental is another one that has kept its head above water.

Zenith Bank Plc today announced the listing of  5,162,891,311 additional shares on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. This brings the total shares of the bank to 16,747,796,686.

@sweetcheek, you need to register through your broker to log in to CSCS. I did that in February and now have access to the site. It is 2,500 naira only.

Fatherof2, I still have hope in SEC. You are right though, try to get Trade Alert!

The SEC suspension of some operators should serve as a slight deterrent for them. See if you can speak to the MD or someone on the mgt team and tell them what you intend to if they do not reverse it.

I don't think that anyone on the mgt team will treat it with levity.

By the way, always let us know which Stockbroker it is so we can all know how to thread.

Threaten to report them to SEC. Infact if I were you, I will do that immediately or give them an ultimatum.

What rubbish. These stockbrokers keep doing the same thing over and over again.

Eterna has been rising but I don't know for how long. If you can get your money now, take it and move elsewhere. I am sure there a better oppourtunities.

On Zenith and Fidelity, this is why i always take positions for Q3. But i will CICO my zenith sharp sharp. There is risk of "price dysentry".

Meanwhile how you take find leg enter those three stocks mentioned above.But since sanusi says you should hold on, lets see.But you strong oh when you waka enter those 3 stocks oh.

Even my second broker for Lead Capital ask me that question. Na pressure I use take buy those things with Sanusi. E be like say e no forgive me sef since dat time. But I go commot by God's grace. No buyer for Niwicable. Na bonus push me go ABC. Dunlop I think say e don bottom out reach when I buy. I no know say d this no een get support at all.


No worries though, you learn everyday. Na small cash dey there but like Aktopgun go talk " every little helps". Na dem be d only fundamentaless stocks for my portfolio.

Lets hope these are good signs for the market.

I am hoping the banks will save the day and bring the bulls back. They are usually the 1st people to start disbursing Federal funds and typically know when cash is about to hit the market.

Let's keep our fingers crossed.

On the sad side wetin person fit do with ABC, Niwicable and dunlop. I carry my 2 left enter with small cash though but it will take a year's bull run to recover my losses. What are ur thots? Our mutual broker no gree me sell Dunlop and niwicable. He keeps saying things go beta.

All those with Banking stocks, our time don come o!. Na banks dey reign now. See fantastic results.

They have alos timed d market. I am sure they know that plenty of cash has hit or is about to hit d market.

Imagine December 2008 results. Na real competition o!

We have been through this before. E ma bi nu! Let's accept the fact that everyone has a different level of understanding of what is posted here. 

@Babifaze, it is okay to disgree but try not to cast aspersions on people.

I use all(I like to be safe). I am not ashamed to protect my investment so I go still dey look candle RSI, etc. At the same time, I hope that I can make the kind of calls Fatherof2 makes on some stocks(this comes from experience).

@Everybody, try not to blame anyone for the choices you make in selecting stocks. At best any advice given here is based on knowledge available and very personal but we all know NSE sometimes get im own head. I could easily have blamed Fof2 for advicing us to buy CCNN but I was also aware they had good results and thus was willing to wait it out. I have made a loss on CCNN but I am certain it will rise again. Go check out their 1st qtr result. Note: I did my own research too!

If you can't stomach losing money, buy PP( like Wanajo don advice).   or like Fatherof2 said in one of his earlier posts Study! Study!! Study!!! Teach yourself to fish.

I just go off the phone with another broker.

He said absolutely that the "TRADED VOLUME" must be 100,000 units and it does not matter if the stock was on bid for 2million units.

He said there may have been hitches like we saw with Joh holt on the first day but the statement above is what the rule implies.

So na hello highly capped stocks for moi.

Hahhahahahha, Eterna is a funny one. I never expected bonus on Eterna,but i know say loss will come. I'm as guilty as the brokers for the touch and Go i did on Eterna twice this year.Lets see how it goes from tomorrow though. Can't touch Eterna at its current level.
Fidelity looks better for me, its on recovery. Just hope they don't suck out all the juice before Q3.

Fidelity fit no go pass 11 o! With d candle when e do so. But let's see what tomorrow will bring.

Try to get in tough with your broker so he can give the information required i.e. Broker code, Investor code and Clearing house number.

You can then log in to CSCS and register online for the trade alert.

Alternatively someone said you could call directly and give them d info and it will be activated.
