What's your location? Do you have a good internet connection? If you do, I still have the archives on one of my servers. Its on a 100mbps connection and can take about 11 mb/s download speed. So if you have a good connection it wont take time to get the archives off the server then the rest is to carefully do the extraction process which is not as clumsy as I may have sounded earlier

I'm in England and have a broadband connection so it shouldnt be a problem

Copy? Yes(depending on my time which is tight now), all you have to do is cover courier and DVD (2 pieces) cost before i send it. By courier i mean either ABC cargo service or DHL, nothing else.

If you want a link, fine. It'll only cost you some 4gb of bandwidth. And some madman's brain to know how to unrar something I think was archived by a drunk person on weed.

A copy will suffice, the only issue here is i'm not in Nigeria but I can arrange for the argo/courier payment to be made. Just let me know how much it will cost

How do you know there wont be? The governmentrt may not be oblinged to but you cannot categorically rule any out.

Like i said earlier, people are ready to challenge a cap in the law courts. If a cap is introduced, what will the number be? How will they set this number for each country? Will it affect all visa category right from holiday makers, to members of armed forces to spouses of eu citizens.

These issues are not as straight forward as many here seem to believe.

the tory-lib-dem coalition is the majority and the lib-dem have decided not to challenge tory's immigration policy so even if they decide to take the debate to the house it will still pass, the fact that people voted tory despite their immigration policy albeit not in the majority is is sign that they are in agreement with their immigration policy amongst others.

I believe there would at least need to be a public enquiry and proper consultation before this cap is introduced. Remember the HSMP debacle and the legal challenges that followed. The home office were forced into an embarassing retreat. I am sure they would not want to be faced with similar again.

It will happen or something similar, what form it will take we cant say for sure. Cap on immigration was one of the cornerstone of their campaign. They must be seen to have done something, especially against the fact that there may be an election in the coming year.

there would be no enquiry of any sort as they are not scrapping the scheme just introducing a cap, and yes it will affect the student visa especially those using it for bogus means
