I hear that BHC requires all student visa applicants to undertake IELTS exams and submit with their applications.Is this true? Pls replys asap, Thanks everyone!!!

thanks ty4real, yes its actually an unconditional offer , im looking for accomodation and im going to secure a tenancy agreement to support my accomodation status,while my sponsor is my dad.I've been told i would have to pay a month deposit to secure tenancy agreement.pls i would need further advise from u over my application.espcially sponsorship

what do u mean by lagos office na ''racket"' plus do they now collect repatraition fees from students as well.

i just secured admission into one of the uk universities and was not asked to make a deposit, infact i even was given a 2000pounds scholarship, i have ben told by the school that i should use the offer letter to apply for a visa.
will non payment of deposit be a problem in securing visa?

I am applying for a british student visa soon.And i am considering using co-sponsor.I have an uncle who is u.s citizen who is willing to sponsor me and send me the necessary docs to apply.On the other hand i have my Dad. Will co-sponsor count against me?
I have previously been denied a uk student visa two years ago on sponsor basis though.
I appealed against the deciscion and also lost d appeal.

Someone also says i can even include my own bank statements along in the applicatrion.Its savings account though.
Wont there be a cluster of accts? Do i have to include sponsor's payslips?

In my previous application,The refusal was that my sponsor didnt show proof of funds even though he had money in his account.He earns 75,000 GPB annually which reflected on his statements.The ECo went on abt not convinced my sponsor wants to spendsuch huge money on me.He also concluded that since at that time i mentioned that i was a fresh graduate,why i hadnt proceeded on NYSC as it was mandatory.I had only submitted a letter from my Uni evidencing my status as a graduate with the application and nothing else though.
As per the NYSC thing,i failed to write on the application that i studied part-time and as such part-time students were exempeted from part-taking in the exercise.
My sponsor appealed against the decision but we lost d appeal months after.

I am in the process of applying for a british student visa soon.I have previously applied and was denied for their usual reasons.
However,my situation is thus: Does The embassy accept Co-sponsors for student visas? becos my dad and my uncle resident in u.s.a wants to sponsor me both.My thots are that if i combine the sponsors,maybe i stand a better chance.
Please advise.My uncle already sent his bank statements,U.S Tax returns,affidavit of support,copies of his u.s passport,his job documents etc.

I HEAR CANADA WANT FULL TUITION PAID UPFRONT BEFORE A VISA CANB BE ISSUED.IS THIS TRUE?I KNOW ITS CHEAPER TO STUDY IN CANADA THAN UK.I ALSO HEAR THAT VISA DENIAL RATE IN CANADA EMBASSY IS FAR HIGHER THAN THE UK.

Thanks Guys!, does your sponsor necessarily need to share the same surname with you? Im being sponsored by my Uncle.So i need not pay part of my fees before going for the interview is that right?wont the embassy require students pay all or part of their tuition before getting their visa?How do you know if a uni or college in usa is accredited?

Thanks Guys, My sponsor actually called melast night that my appeal was denied.He says wecoulddoareconsideration.
But i think the whole process is getting very long, do i stand a better chance if i re-applied formy student visa again?

Hi Guys.I'm new on this forum.I would like to seek adivise.I applied for a Uk student visa last |DEc 206 and was denied and given a righjt to appeal.My appeal hearing was heard on Aug 6th 207.My uncle ( sponsor) represented me at the hearing.I would like to know when is the possible date to have a determination of hearing by the Appeal immigration Judge? The school resumes next on sept 12.I know i cant make that though.How do i find out the status of my appeal? I have been trying to call AIT but wont get through to the phone.Pls i would appreciate any advise.
