All these signings are good however Lampard should know it comes with a lot of responsibility such as winning the league. How will he blend 5 to 6 new players in a team in just a single season where you have Mancity and Liverpool who have settled team already. I just see the sacking of lampard at hand because I doubt these new players can dethrone Mancity and Liverpool in just a season.

He would have made the request in June and not necessarily leave at that time when the season was still on. Ofcourse he will walk... after his contract expires by next year!
I'm also sure there are other clauses that would have made it impossible for him to walk free even if he did make the request in June sef... it is him that'll have to go to court to request his freedom. No club will be foolish enough to sign him while he still has a contract running.
