It's a pity...
SMH Nigerian politicians are worst in the world, they are empty, just consumers, the worst of us. |

Eriokanmi: Just come, enter from ikotun and see if you'd see mallam riding okada in that axis. If you can't cope with Lagos, go to your village, not by force to be in Lagos...most of those Okada men are better doing dignified jobs in their states, like animal farming, crop farming and trading, Okada riding is not a dignified or good job, they remain in poverty, stop perpetuating poverty, they should look for something better to do. Criminals use Okada to operate, security is paramount. |

The Nigerian police is a collection of the dumbest persons you'll find anywhere. No intelligence or intellect is brought to bear in their operations. Incompetence everywhere. The politicians we have presently are just there for money, this is a big problem. |

Emanodimo: Isreal should not have attacked Hamas on Qatar soil. They need to caution before it snowball to another confrontation from the ME.
The failure of the Palestine Authority or otherwise has continue to strengthen Hamas, whom are like a defacto govt in Palestine This is one of the reason why Isreal reject a 2 State solution... it is like actually rewarding a terrorist that want to sniffle out life from Isreali, and their existence.
There is a need to disband Hamas now for a proper Palestinian govt.
You can imagine Hamas representing Palestinians, while they have the Palestinian Authority, who never cried out against the Hamas action.
By now, one can be wrong to say Hamas = Palestinian Authority, vice versa. A friend of an enemy, keeping and supporting the enemy who is plotting evil, is an enemy and deserve same destruction |
Politics › Re: Bandits Launch Midnight Attack On Kwara Community, Kill Resident by dederocs(m): 2:16pm On Sep 10, 2025 |
dgr8truth: The primary duty of any government is the protection of lives and property. Unfortunately, in Nigeria this obligation has been consistently undermined. What we see today is not merely a failure of capacity, but a failure of will. Security has been reduced to a political tool, where leaders downplay threats or shift blame depending on who is in power, while supporters echo excuses instead of demanding accountability.
The long-term consequences of this approach are grave: unchecked insecurity weakens economic activity, discourages investment, deepens poverty, and erodes public trust in state institutions. When citizens begin to see the state as incapable of protecting them, they turn to self-help, which only accelerates instability.
Government must therefore treat security as a non-negotiable priority, above politics and partisanship. Anything less will come at a cost too high for the nation to bear. Those in office are evil, they don't care about future consequences of their actions, they just want to have a brief respite in their lifetime, selling their land and children to bandits and terrorists. Weak people |
