1) State police.
2) Full resources control by states and taxes paid to the centre.

4) Baning of open grazing to protect the lives of rural farmers and dwellers and to be able to vet and document all residents of the state.
5) Outlawing living in the forests, our forests should be for game reserve, forests guards and tourism centres only, people living in forest should be arrested, 5 years imprisonment, too many people have died in the hands of terrorists and bandits hiding in the forests, this will also give space to our Airforce to route bandits out of the forests without risk of harming non combatants.
