Ideally, When the army is not at the war front, they are still at war. Security is better delivered when you're proactive and preparing for attacks. Building sleeper cells when u r not at war. It is not their job to create wealth or generate revenue, it is their job to defend the country against enemies. It's not all institutions of state that should generate income.

If I was you I will focus on electing the best governor for the job, the governor is your Kinsman, he should care about you and about his homeland, and strive to develop it...just like how we call others racist and yet we are tribalistic here, charity begins at home, and in a true federal structure a state is like a small country. You are to petition the governor, write to EFCC, if you suspect any embezzlement, that is your role, not absolving them of responsibility.

Governors are the ones making their indigenes poor and jobless by looting state funds, and not working enough to boost state IGR and employment.

Nigerian police must focus their minds and attention on violent crimes, seems they are distracted because they involve themselves in contract disputes etc...

We have since moved beyond one Nigeria, we are trying to make the best of the Union.

Nigeria needs a new constitution that recognises our differences and diversity, so they will be healthy economic competition, states will enjoy all their resources, VAT etc.

Politicians should put in work and create excellence like ordinary Nigerians are doing... politicians are our weak link, political class should reengineer their mentality and recalibrate to change this myopic, selfish, lazy political system of wasting public funds, and lack of ideas to put in work to create more revenue. It is not enough to be welcoming athletes putting in work doing great things, politicians should put in work like other Nigerians are doing and stop this laziness and inefficiency.

This is not what Nigeria needs, transformation and vision not gimmicks.

State governors should man up, be resourceful and useful. Use your human resources and natural resources to create wealth for your people and state... imagine state police you people are saying you can't pay police, but you collect tax and levies from all transport workers, collect VAT, collect part of income taxes, collect allocations, collect royalties from miners, collect security vote...you can't use these resources to create more wealth, even in agriculture or processing, there are hundreds of ways to invest state revenue to maximise wealth, instead you people are wasting money on politicking, recurrent expenditure and leakages/funds diversion...
