States build your own power energy stations and systems, you have the power to do that now. Governors work, no be only enjoyment una dey, we employ una to think and work hard, you people earn a lot from that job, the least you can do is put in work, lobby investors and partner with experts with your state funds, go into investment in power sectors, transportation etc, making life easier for your people while boosting IGR, it is not rocket science.
Nigerians focus on your governors, we are entering true federalism, Every state will determine it's own destiny. |

AngelSlay: That statement is misleading and rooted in stereotypes. While it's true that some Nigerian youths abroad engage in unlawful or unserious activities (just like any nationality), the majority are thriving, hardworking individuals making tangible impacts globally. To judge millions based on the actions of a few is not only unfair but also self-sabotaging. Nigerians abroad are not just thriving—they are raising the country’s image globally. The real issue is not that they left, but why they had to leave in the first place. Travel and see |

AngelSlay: Benin Republic and Rwanda currently offer better healthcare and living standards than Nigeria — and here’s why:
1. Healthcare: Rwanda covers over 90% of its population with affordable insurance. Nigeria struggles with poor facilities and mass doctor migration.
2. Cleanliness: Kigali (Rwanda’s capital) is Africa’s cleanest city. Nigeria battles pollution, poor waste management, and flooding.
3. Safety: Rwanda and Benin are far safer. Nigeria still faces kidnapping, banditry, and terrorism in many states.
4. Business & Governance: Rwanda ranks high for ease of doing business, low corruption, and fast digital services. Nigeria has bureaucracy, extortion, and power instability.
5. Quality of Life: Nigerians cross into Benin Republic for cheaper healthcare, goods, and better electricity. That alone speaks volumes.
You don’t have to live in those countries to see the difference — many Nigerians are moving there for peace, safety, and opportunity. That’s the reality. Travel to these countries you will understand, most Nigerian youths in those countries are into street activities, and the others are on vacation or hiding away from prosecution or responsibility. |

AngelSlay: Respectfully, this kind of thinking is exactly why many people remain stuck. First of all, access to a computer or phone doesn't cancel lived experience. Some of us speaking have actually been through it — not just watched videos.
Saying 'I’ve been to most of these countries and Nigeria is better' is too general. Which countries? What kind of visa? What location and budget? Were you strategic or just floating around with no plan?
Yes, 7 million can vanish if you're careless — even in Nigeria. But with proper planning, research, and networking, you can turn that same 7 million into a business in places like Rwanda, Kenya, Ghana, or even Benin Republic — where cost of living is better, electricity is stable, and government policies support small businesses.
Let’s not forget, many people making 7 million in Naija are still living with anxiety — bad healthcare, no security, unstable economy, and government policies that can wipe your hustle overnight.
Nobody is saying JAPA blindly. But if you have 7 million, a family to think of, and you're tired of a system that gives no reward for honest work — looking outside strategically is not foolishness, it’s smart thinking.
Let’s stop dragging people down for trying to level up. Benin Republic Rwanda have better healthcare and living than Nigeria, how? You people are carried away, have you been to these countries yourself? |

Rwanda is trash with exception of Kigali..
I’ve been to Botswana, Tanzania, Namibia and I can tell you that there’s absolutely nothing in those countries..
Mauritius, syechelles are just good for vacation to me, nothing special in those countries..
Op, berra be careful. That a country has a constant electricity doesn’t make it a good country.. Tell them my brother, same here I have traveled to other African countries, they are not as buoyant as Nigeria, only good for vacation. Nigeria is the best country for business men, quote me anywhere. Lebanese, Asians are forging documents to get Nigerian nationality you people are running helter skelter, when you have gold here. |

You don't know what you have, until you lose it. Those countries are developing economy too, they are not in anyway better than Nigeria. NIgeria is a very large country with over 200 millions people, use your money to find something doing here. You can migrate to Europe or North America but definitely not African countries (especially if you are not a professional in your field). No mind them. |

Lastly I am not Obidient but I am after what will dismantle APC government. How can a nation sink this dip for just 10 years that means if they had ruled for 1999 till 2015 Nigeria would had gone. What do you have to say about the reforms of this government? Energy (electricity) devolution: giving state powers to produce electricity for their people. Local government autonomy Earn as you contribute to VAT pool Coastal road What is your take on these reforms and grand projects? What makes Atiku, Ameachi or Obi better? |

Too many Nigerians have died in the hands of these enemies of the state, more than 100,000 Nigerians have been affected by terrorism, kidnappers and bandits operations. The people must rise up, support the Nigerian army and security operatives to eliminate and obliterate all these terrorists and bandits along with their sympathisers and sponsors.
They waged a war on us, we must fight back, attack them and eliminate them all. |
Politics › Re: High Cost Of Electricity Tariffs Hinders Development by dederocs(op): 8:20am On Jul 24, 2025 |
The key to developing an economy is ensuring the populace have enough disposal income, hence necessities like fuel, transportation, food, healthcare must be cheap, so the people can spend on other services and also save, this is how funds are mobilised, not by concentrating money in the hands of politicians, who mainly spend on imported goods (capital flight), but the average citizens spend locally among themselves and the more Nigerians that can spend, the more VAT and taxes government earns and more employment and positive multiplier effects is created.
This is basic economics and this is why America give credit cards, so everyone spends and nation keep mobilising funds and creating employment and investments...the idea of concentrating money on the centre shrinks an economy. |
Crime › Re: Do Not Live Among Bandits And Terrorists, association Is Accessory. by dederocs(op): 8:12am On Jul 24, 2025 |
If you help terrorists and bandits to cook, buy food, buy water, buy recharge card, support them or give them any service, you too can be treated like a terrorist or bandit and if you get shot or bombed in the process no one will blame security personnel. Terrorists, jihadists, bandits and kidnappers are an existential threat, enemy of the nation.
Your job as a citizen is to report to police, army, or drop a note in their information box. You can also reach police on X twitter, etc...Facebook direct message, or post tagging them.
So many times we hear and see people on videos fraternizing with terrorists, treating them like chiefs, inviting them to ceremonies or attending their ceremonies, praying among them etc...this in itself is accessory. |

I’m afraid for the future of Nigeria because defeating the hydra headed monster of Wahhabism , extremism and terrorism seem unachievable. And the military and political class aren’t any different too. No mind those myopic men, the south should form it's regional security outfit, this is true federalism, we can protect southern borders, lands and forests, if the North like let them destroy themselves with Sharia law and religious extremism. |
