How will NUPENG be angry that fuel prices are coming down, shouting on Dangote, but this is the beauty of competition, if you can't compete, join another business. In a free market economy Dangote can sell any amount he likes, price is a determinant of sales, NUPENG should get their act straight and focus on their job, not interfering in the market.

Their charges are too much, NUPENG need a forensic auditing, that money belongs to the tanker drivers, for insurance etc, it's not anybody's money, it should be accounted for, this is my point.
