The minimum duplex built on atleast 500 to 600sqm is priced between $4m to $6m. Convert that to naira and see for yourself. A plot of land there currently sells for 3.5m/4.5m per sqm, any house built on over 3,500sqm costs between $15m to $20m. There's one that was recently bought by a Lebanese, I would attach the picture. The property was listed at $20m asking. Wake up to the reality of things, not just politicians but industrialists, captains of industries, even rich Expatriates buy here everyday. And most houses are priced in dollars.

Nobody builds one mansion in more than 1200sqm in banana Island these days because it doesn't make sense, what you see there is a mansion on 600sqm or 800sqm. 800sqm in banana Island can't be beyond 2 billion naira, and to build a mansion, you won't spend more than a billion, unless you are building with gold and natural rare metals...if you buy land 2billion, build with 1billion maximum, and sell for 3.7billion naira, you are good. Even billionaires won't stay in houses worth more than 5billion naira, unless it's an estate with multiple structures.

Michael Adenuga property, I know that property, it has multiple mansions and duplexes inside, it is a mini estate inside banana Island. I go to banana Island, I know people in the business, and people that live there. If you don't have facts, just learn and stop posting fallacy.
