We need ideas on actualising this, a regional forest and highway squad, formed by joint legislative work of all southern states in Nigeria and funded by all southern governors, to protect southern forests and highways.

To check all lorries, vans, bikes, coming into the South, via forest paths or the highway for guns, weapons and kidnappers and bandits crisscrossing the south of Nigeria.

To arrest anyone caught staying in the forests, and enforce the ban on living in the forests.

To build bases, shooting ranges and barracks for these squad deep in the forests, with improvised bikes, inflatable boats, rugged trucks and SUVs etc.

To dislodge and eradicate kidnappers and bandits from the forests of southern Nigeria.

This is a matter of collective interest not about emotions, we don't need to agree on everything but since we all live in the south of Nigeria and this is where our homeland is, we have a collective interest in securing every inch of southern Nigeria.

We southern people of Nigeria, need to protest in our various states, march to the governors offices, and senate and national assembly, demand that our representative there pass bill that will enforce ban on open grazing and state stiff punishment for anyone grazing cows openly, thousands have died and kidnapped under the guise of grazing cows. We need stiff punishment like 10 years imprisonment for those caught grazing openly, and imprisonment for anyone caught living in the forests, up to 10 years imprisonment.
