Please I need help o.

I recently formatted my phone. Before I did,I transferred all my apps on the phone memory to my SD card.

Unfortunately, I've been trying to restore them on the phone to make them work again but they are not showing. It still shows that I have them on the SD card but I don't see them talkless of installing them on the phone again.

please what do I need to do to recover them? I have tried downloading the apk installer but it didn't also show the SD card apps.please I need a solution.Thank you.
