You are right. Yet, all he ended up offering the young man is driving job around August

That's why you people never move far in life. How do you know if all I have to offer him is a driving job ?

And who told you that driving isn't a decent job ?

You're nothing but a sick, cheap gossip

That's not proper. Next time, kindly allow them finish their stories before 'intervening'.

It's not safe to do this. The family of the deceased may see this and another war begins. Why do people not do things discreetly ?

Business / Re: Working For Someone Is Absolute Rubbish by DeeBaDan: 4:21pm On Jun 23, 2023
You didn't provide service and should not earn for the time you didn't work. However as an employer in such a case I will ask the employee to work replacement hours on another date unless it's a highly important work time that damage can done in absence of the worker. In such a case I will also exert a fine.

Buy a raincoat or an umbrella and be responsible please, owning and running business isn't easy. No friends, families or banking institutions gives loans. Always have mercy on your employers

When employees miss work, they assume the value of the damage is 2,000 Naira or the amount deducted from their work. In critical moments, an absentee period can wipe away business profits completely within the Twink of an eye. The salary cut exerted upon employee is to instill the discipline to behave better not to exact them of money

I have setup over 1,000 projects in my life time and have employed atleast 500-600 people under engaged employment, so I can tell the consequences of such actions to businesses

the pastor that ordained me, (he's a prophet though) after he closed the Benue branch, I went back to the headquarter, he didn't give me a place to stay, so I was sleeping inside the church then....

After some months, he said he wanted to open another branch at Gwagwalada, he asked me to go and take care of the place, but I told him that I wasn't ready to go to any branch (because of the way the first one went)

So he asked me to leave the church, which I did, it's been long, going back there is not an option.....

As for my sisters, I went to Lagos to see then in the year 2014... That was the last time we saw... But we do speak from time to time, they are married, but one left her marriage few years ago...

Almost everyone is having his or her own unique challenge, no one is in the position to help the other, but we do speak, once I'm up to my feet, I'll visit them... It's easier for me to visit them that for them to visit me...

You can see it tallies with what I've been saying. God expects you to find a spiritual leader you'll humble yourself under. There's no escpaing from it. You only need to pray for the one you'll be under that your star and glory would shine

I get your point sir... Like I pointed out earlier, I'm not in a hurry to open a church, if not I would have started even where I am at the moment, church it's not as easy as it appears...

As for sound doctrines, by God's grace I'm trying, I've been a pastor close to 10 years now, I did 3 years vigil from 2012 to 2015 every night without missing even for once, I pray every night and I read the Bible very well, I've read the Bible from Genesis to revelation like 4 times.. Any church I attended they quikly want to ordained me as a pastor, but I've been the one resisting because I know there are some issues that I need to handle first...

I'm tired of starting life afresh all the time, I'm not getting any younger...

I've told you God didn't appint you to open a church like that. But you will flourish well if you're under an apostle. You have knowledge based problems more. You need to be taught, trained and mentored.

You're just like the stage Apollo's was when he was preaching and all but he had to be called aside and trained better. I see many things in your comments that suggests you need a spiritual umbrella to cover you. Sound spiritual teaching. Go and pray and ask God to connect you with Apostel with rich experience. You will see the difference in your life and the pace your life will take if you locate a fruitful one. But na work.

Thanks a lot, u spoke my mind, if I'm to do ministry the only place I'll have to start is Benue, because of what I saw there, it's still on my plan, but Benue it's not a place one goes empty handed... That's one I'm seriously looking for something I'll be doing in order to raise some money...

As for prophet Jeremiah, I've been there once, but the process for seeing him is long, except he locates u trough prophecy, or u have money to pay... And they won't even allow u sleep in the church.. It's very far from me....

I do attend Koinonia Apostle Selman's program once in a while.. But it's also difficult to see him, but since this fuel subcidy issue i haven't gone because of transportation... I stay in Nasarawa state, one village close to Keffi.

What church do you want to open? To teach the same errors and continue with the perpetuity of your lack of knowledge?

My dear go and get yourself under sound doctrines for 3-7 years so God through his word will first reform.and reshape your life

I feel like wiping that op apola or 2by2. U never travel before and all u say is Ur friend in the UK say this say that. I keep on telling people that we don't like ourselves in this country, don't discourage people about a country or place, leave them let them explore. If they re okay they will stay if they re not they will there back home. No be everybody go make am for this country, some people re destined to make it outside the shores of this country. SInce I got my ass out of naija I ve never regretted it, the only advice I give people is come legally and be documented every other things plays out good for u. God help us and order our steps.

exactly sir, I've done everything within my power to break out, 2 years ago, I was even planning going back to the village to appease the altar, but after sometimes I had to stay back.

You can't apoease the altar. You're looking for a covering. One that gives your life spiritual meaning and direction. You ought to be planted and firmly rooted in a church/under the mentorship of most suitably, an Apostle.

leave them na, if dem wan stay for their naija make dem do, I no even know those people wey dey complain say uk one thing, one thing… I have been here in London for 4years now, na so so thanks I dey give GOD every day… The best decision I ever made.

I honestly don't see why any Nigerian in UK should complain. I don't. I expect any Nigerian in UK to work. And that it should only be a lazy person that would complain.

Reason being opportunities should be available across diverse levels of the society even the semi skilled to unskilled

I don't know how a Nigerian should not earn between 700 and 2,000 pounds per month and to be, this is well something better than being here earning 150k per month. This is irrespective of taxes and the likes

700 pounds x 1,000 Naira = 700,000 Naira

Monthly Expenses since they say UK is expensive according to resports we get = 450,000 Naira per month

Balance after deductions 700,000 Naira minus 450,000 Naira= 250,000 Naira. This is for the low skilled according to my eye economics o

Even at this, it's better than here. Nigerian companies hardly pay this sum

There's also deep lack of knowledge. This includes a lack of education that's responsible for lack of having the right knowledge to tackle obstacles and lack of spiritual knowledge that equips spiritual ability to make informed decisions that leads to increase. There's intense lack of knowledge rooted in this case

The story above seems and feels like a story that has been posted before on the forum

Meanwhile, the Op says he attends Jehovah Witness. Observation so far is that the church he and his family attended all this while didn't give them the spiritual protection and awakening of their conditions they needed. This implies the Op was/is not attending the right church for his right mentoring. This lies another core part of the problem. The first being wrong family foundation and evil covenants

His first solution lies in changing his church and spiritual family

I'm reading. First, there's a pattern of lack, death, instability, suffering, wandering

So many things wrong in the foundation hence nothing can be Spiritually built in the family's heritage

One moment we writes like he's in UK, the next minute, I have people in UK

I hope everyone knows over 85% of Nigerians are malnourished and don't eat the right daily nutritional requirements?

Abeg, did Londoners complain to you? Let's leave people to be in their lanes please
