Your Bitnob card has a US billing address and so, if your PayPal account was created with a Nigerian profile, it will not accept your Bitnob dollar card. Your dollar card will only work on a US PayPal account. I'd used a virtual Dollar card on a US PayPal account in the past and it worked just fine until the account was suspended due to the requested PayPal requirements I couldn't meet.

You might be right, because my PayPal account is has a Nigeria billing address.

Good day everyone. I already opened and funded a Bitnob virtual visa card, but PayPal declined the card.

I just got an update from their customer support that the card can only be used for online payments, that it does not support funding of PayPal.

I don't think the problem is about phone brand, it's from some of the websites you may have visited. And chrome is a culprit too. Watch this 30s YouTube video and it will solve the problem 100percent.

I used the visa. I prefer it.

Personally, I prefer Gotok. I funded my card at ₦744/$1 this afternoon and used it immediately on AE.

Chairman God bless you for this information. After seeing this, I decided to give it a trial and it worked smoothly.

For others that may want to try it, You just need a binance account to buy BUSD via p2p and from there fund your Gotok visa card. The verification was easy, I used my my bvn. I opened the account today and I was able to complete a $150 transaction today, all they charge is 1% of your funding. I bought BUSD @ N744.50

In case you find this info useful, please use my referral code Join me on Gotok. It's the easiest way. We both get a referral bonus when you join using my link https://links.gotok.app/SRtGWReo4pjoFfse6

You can either ask the seller to split the payment so you use different atms or you use barter by flutterwave

Bro what do you think about Gtbank virtual dollar card, I saw on their website that you can be allowed to perform a transaction of up to $3,000 monthly. Has anyone tried this, is it still valid?

People have given thier advice which are all sensible... I'd say it's a personal financial decision.

It's important to get what works for you and manage risk too in accordance with your trading plan. Not everyone can monitor the movements daily and some wait for a significant move up to sell....

You could take some profit now or wait for a bigger move b4 taking to rebuy... It all depends
But then, I wouldn't advise selling all just yet, yes it may dip but then identifying anf buying a proper dip is also tricky...

E.g I know folks who sold their betece at 20k and were waiting for 14k... Them still dey wait. Also, some sold at 27k hoping to get in at 20k... They're still waiting and may never get it...
Conversely, some will not sell at all and the price will crash with them..

I always tell myself, no one can time the exact top or bottom. Tryna do that is recipe for disaster.. What we hope for is buying close to the bottom and exiting after good profit.

God bless you Jedisco and other Bosses that has been contributing greatly on this thread.

This advice is golden especially for the newbies in the crypto world. I have noticed your trading pattern based on your post, and I wish I followed it closely as I am a busy person who doesn't always have the time to check the charts every time. Coupled with the nervousness that comes with checking charts every time.

I bought betece when it 33,700 I sold it all when it was 35,000 thinking I will get a nice deep and buy again. Same on ethy at 1350 Sold at 1500 waiting for deep,

my regrets is I was waiting for deep till betece rose gradually till 38k this morning, I wish I rebuy btw 35k to 36k. I feel very bad.

The only consolation I have now is that I was able to rebuy ethy at 1,530.

What deep level do you think I should look out for before buying betece again, if there will be any as I don't want to buy heavy bag, just like the people that bought at 40k in January and then it later deep to around 32k. Thank you.

I regret selling my betece to early cry

How many of you guys missed Bucky Roberts. The newboston dude? To me he’s the greatest tutor on programming languages

First I want to appreciate Ejiod and everyone who has been contributing to this thread. I bookmarked this thread for motivation.

I started learning programming in 2016 with Bucky Robert's videos on YouTube. Then, I completed his html & css tutorial, Javascript, then I was about to start php before I started another IT related business that took all my time away completely from programming because man has to keep body and soul together.

This lock down has helped me to go back and start from beginning again. I believe with discipline and consistency I will be able to achieve my dream of becoming a better programmer.

I want to suggest this YouTube channel to all beginners ''The Net Ninja'' the guy knows how to teach just like Bucky. Use it to start the language and once you have a better understanding, then you can move on to other channels/materials.

And please you all should keep updating the thread with more useful information. Some of us need it for motivation.

God bless us all.

kia sportage
Hyundai Tucson

I don't know much about the jeep patriot. it is more of a hybrid car to me, VW engine, Hyundai gear and some Mitsubishi gear.

The sportage is a solid more popular vehicle, the Tucson is too but majorly I see it with the V6 engine.

The patriot has a poor follower and bad resale value. If you can keep it in mint condition for a long time it could be a classic for your children and grand children they will reap the benefit then

Thanks Mr Nurey. I appreciate.

LOL at keeping the Jeep for my grandchildren grin

Good day house.

I will like you to please help me compare and advise on which is better in terms of maintenance, affordability of spare parts and durability.

KIA SPORTAGE 2008
HYUNDAI TUCSON 2008
JEEP PATRIOT 2008

They all carry 2.0L engine size. The reasons I am considering these vehicles are good ground clearance, low fuel consumption, and I also want something that will be easy to maintain because I will using it as an everyday ride and also some interstate journey.

Thanks in anticipation.

It seems they did something to their promo sim.

I'm suspecting foul play.

The speed here is nothing to write home about, can't even download again because I can't stand seeing 56kb/s speed.

Exactly what I complained earlier on this thread.. But some people suggested it's better on WiFi modem..

I registered my NTEL sim and purchased 1k recharge card on it last week at Ikeja.. I must confess I regreted doing so.. The 4G network was slow that at a point I thought I was using GLO..

It's worst to the point that I can't even check my balance on their website.. If I input my phone number and password on the page it would take forever to load, and still the balance of data or airtime won't show...

And don't even talk about location.. Due to the nature of my job, I used to move around a lot of areas in Lagos. I have tested it at Ikeja, Oshodi, Gbagada, Agege, Victoria Island, Ajose Adeogun, Falomo.. Etc but still the same..

I don't know if there is a kind of speed throttling enabled on their so called promo sim.. Or I am just the only one experiencing it. The browsing speed is so poor just as if I am using AIRTEL 2G..

I would like to know if there is anyone else experiencing this on NTEL network or I am the only one.. Is there any solution to this.. Or I should just go back to my AIRTEL jeje.. The 3G speed I enjoyed on AIRTEL is far better than this yeye so called 4G on NTEL...

There was a thread about a very similar topic sometimes around 2014(not sure) before the nairaland tsunami.. Where people talked about the worst car they have ever used..

The thread was so funny that I had to laugh till tears were rolling out of my eyes..

I bookmarked the thread.. But I can't find it after the nairaland hacking.. If anyone has the link to the thread pls post it.. I will like to read through that funny thread once more

Please how do I make all my what's app messages music and videos.. In fact everything that has to do with what's app stores directly on my SD card... Instead of phone storage? because I'm already getting the warning storage space running out when ever I try to install new app .. And I have more than enough space on my 32gig SD card

I use Redmi 4x
